Drop Down menu - right justifying

I have the options for a Drop Down as Y or N. It needs to be very close to the right margin. How do I right justify the field so it lands in the space provided? It seems that it is currently Left Justified.

Can I send in one envelope multiple documents that need to be signed by the same person but need to be saved as separate documents each one combined with the corresponding certificate of completion?

Dear all, I’ve found this thread: as I was looking to download two documents sent in the same envelope separately. However, in my case I need to combine to each of them the certificate of completion to be compliant with the QA department guidance in our company which was not covered in that other thread’s answer. Would that be possible directly in DocuSign? I guess I could combine each of the pdfs to the general certificate of completion once I download the files separately but I’m not sure it that would break any kind of audit trail relevant thing in the process…? So I was hoping that I could extract that directly from DocuSign. Thanks for your help in advance! 🙂

Docusign developer envelope allowance exceeded

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday we’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED (see 2nd image), Please fix this asap, thank you. Docusign Error:

Unable to download when sigining a document

When being asked to download there is no way to download the original PDF.The signing page won’t allow me to copy. The signing page won’t allow me to click on links within the document The signing page is a graphic image and the fonts become blurry when scaled up. If I open a NEW window and go into docusign I can download the original documents and have all of the benefits. Why can’t I download to read in a PDF reader where I can’t get the above benefits?

Custom field placeholders in envelope template message

Our users generate envelopes using a template. From the template, I would like to include placeholders that reference the signer’s organization and other custom fields used in the document (contract number, end date, etc). Is it possible to insert and populate custom field placeholders in envelope messages or private messages using templates? Can this be done when sending envelopes without a template?

Close Unmanaged Accounts in my claimed domain

Hi, we have claimed our domain, and enabled the Microsoft Authentication.The authenticated users are now synced by Microsoft Azure. Unfortunately some users had setup “personal” accounts with their company mail.I have read about the option to close these accounts, but this does not work. Unchecking multiple doc templates in Docusign Gen for Salesforce

My org uses Docusign Gen for Salesforce to generate contracts and send them for esignature. Most of these contracts originate from the “Contract” object in Salesforce, but the documents themselves can vary greatly depending on the details of the contract in question. Our current solution has been to upload many, many different formatted Word docs into the same Docusign Gen Template. This way, there’s only a single button on the record page, and the end user is able to select which specific template(s) to use. The issue is, of course, the number of templates has started to balloon and is now a bit of a concern. Below is an example of what our end users are seeing: All of these options always default as checked, so every time someone wants to generate a doc, they must uncheck each template they don’t want to use. This has ended up being very time-consuming, especially when working with hundreds of contracts. My question is this: is there (or could there be?) any setting that defaults the

Stuck at Signing up with error saying "Enter a valid phone number"

Hi guys! I need help I'm having a problem creating an account for DoD Customer for DocuSign University. Right after the email verification step, in sms verification, I’m entering a valid Philippine Phone number but I always have an error saying “Enter valid phone number” which is weird because my number is correct and it is the same number that I use to register here in Docusign Community. I already tried to input the number with a dash “-” and space and tried to use another phone number but to no avail.

Cost of Bulk Sending

What is the cost of bulk sending ? If I send one envelope to 100 receivers using the bulk sending feature : is this regarded as one envelope ? I assume the cost is 1 envelope and not 100. Is my assumption correct ?

eWitness feature

Hi Guys. I’m brand new to Docusign. Trying to work out basic features like adding eWitness to a standard account - how to upgrade etc. Going round in circles and have been for some time. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to actually engage with Docusign to work out how to proceed? I’ve spent money and happy to spend more, but the web support is as clear as mud. Fraud

I received an e-mail from a person I do not know. It was in reference to a Paypal account payment for bitcoin that included a DocuSign notice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep for fraud detection. I am unable to find any phone numbers available. This is terrible, or actually non-existent, customer service. Please send me a phone number so I can find out how bad a situation this may be.

I am a paid customer of DocuSign. I tried to document to sign, I could not and I got the following error message: A Required field is incomplete. TabId: abd948d2-c95a-49c8-9d06-78532a4f5bd1 I tried to have support to call me and I could not either. They give me 4 options to login: Partner Login DoD Login Insight & Analyzer Login Applications Rooms, CLM, Notary Login I could not sign in to any of these options.

fraud charge

I am still being charged after I closed my paid account. I had to create a free account just to access this comment page . I DO NOT WANT A DOCUSIGN ACCOUNT , REFUND MY MONEY NOW. How am I getting charged for a paid account that does not exist. I cancelled my account 1 month ago . At this point you are stealing my money.

Next button on the Send with Docusign Action page is not working

After refresh my sandbox with production. Again user is added in the “Docusign Setup”> “User Managemenet”. User has necessary permission set assigned for generates and send document. Now after generate the document, when I hit “Send with Docusign” Action Button. It shows an error toast notification with “Not Found”. After that nothing happens. and Send with Docusign page stays on that page only.What would be the issue

Go Live Review declined without any reason

Hi everyone, I need some help with the DocuSign Go-Live process. I’ve been trying to get my Integration Key (5adb2409-a79c-4616-8a0c-79de07f2d449) approved for production for over a month, but I keep getting declined without any reason provided. Here’s what I’ve done so far:✅ Read and implemented all troubleshooting documentation ✅ Tried with multiple Integration Keys✅ Passed automatic review (20 successful API calls, no polling)❌ Go-Live manually declined multiple times (first two attempts took 3-5 days, latest one was rejected within hours)❌ No emails or notifications explaining the rejection I’m stuck and don’t know what else to fix. Has anyone faced this before? How can I get feedback on why the integration is being declined? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

The Tab formula is not valid. A number numerical tab LocalePolicy does not match the LocalePolicy of another number numerical tab in the same formula.

Hi, I can see that this error has come up a few times over the last year+ but I cannot find any resolution. I am getting it on a template. I’ve gone through the fields and can’t see an issue. Is this a bug? Thanks
