Hi DocuSign team,I'm stuck in a loop trying to enable SMS and WhatsApp delivery on my developer sandbox account. I've been advised to open a support case, but support.docusign.com won't authenticate me. What I need:  Enable SMS and WhatsApp delivery on account 7ba44489-edcb-4415-9dd9-3632e018480c.What I've tried:  1. Hello Team,I need to integrate DocuSign's signature and editable text functionality into a React Native application. I haven't found any tutorials, guides, or SDKs to help implement this. Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this functionality in our application?

I have a template that has a single signer that is a signing group. I need to create an envelope from this template using API calls.  The API requires an email and ends up creating a new signer in addition to the signing group that’s in the template. Is there a way to create the envelope so it only has the signing group as the single recipient?

There are two recipients who have communicated that they will not be signing the documents. I discussed this with my stakeholders, who told me that it would be OK to not have them sign the documents, and that I just need to place a textbox there with ‘Not Applicable’. To clarify, their names will be present in the document, but will not have their signatures. I attached a file where already one person is shown with ‘Not Applicable’. This was already the case before uploading the document to docusign. I would like to add the text 'Not applicable’ to the 2 empty ones as well. I tried to correct the file by removing the signature and date boxes and replacing them with text boxes, but then it would resend the file. For some reason, I also can't alter them by downloading and editing the PDF for some reason.Is there a more elegant solution for this perhaps?Robin

Looking to find out if anybody is using a regex patter for the numbers in a text box as a validation to only allow user enter max of 10 numbers but is still able to enter less than 10, without being forced to add zeros in front of it if the number is less than 10 digits. And is still able to complete the envelope. Thank you,  

Hi one of my witness not yet signed. When i have sent envelop he is not receiving mails from Docusign and he asked me to change email id. However in my envelop i am not able to update his email id. I am a free user and not using any paid subscription.  Is it because of free user limitation?

I created a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign. 

I have one standard plan.  I need toi assign this seat to another person.  I cannot find ohow to do this without buying a second seat.I try to a chat but I get no window that pops up.  I can sign in but Is my accoutn not yet “activated”?Do I have  to buy a support plan separately jsut to get basic login help?  I can’t call or email on the support page yet I can login.  Thanks for any assistance.  Gary    

Essentially, I have several documents to send out to multiple recipients. I need any one of the recipients to sign any of the documents and have the signature witnessed. Signing Groups appears to let me either have multiple recipients where only one signs OR have witnessed signing, but not both. To make things more complicated, only some of the documents require witnessing (though I imagine I would just need to create a separate envelope for the witnessed documents). 

I am editing a template in the new editor and a lot of the fields available in the classic editor are not available in the new one.  When will these features be available and why weren’t they implemented in the first place?Unfortunately the document I am editing is complex and I need to be able to create a template using all of the classic features in addition to the new ones.

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Hi Community, My company uses UKG for our HRMS.  We have UKG’s Document Manager module.  Through Document Manager we have our Docusign account connected.  We are trying to send a pdf to an employee through Document Manager that then goes to Docusign for signature.  That process works.  the issue I am experiencing is that when doing that, the employee is required to place the fields into the form themselves.  I would prefer that once they open the form in docusign the signature and date field are already mapped to the bottom of the form.  We tried using a tag, but that didn’t appear to work.  I read something about anchors, but am not clear on how those can be created in docusign and if that would work.  thank you in advance for any info you can provide.  

Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

Account Creation and Payment: On 22/03/2026, I created an account using my email address (which is different from one I am posting) and subscribed to the eSignature Standard Plan with an annual payment of $240. I have attached confirmation from my credit card (SMS and online banking) as proof of payment. Initial Usage: I created one template & sent out an agreement for signing the email went out but now the link is no longer accessible. Access Issues: Suddenly, I was unable to access the account via the links provided in your emails. Hence I had to create this free account just to post about my issue. Hi everyone, I have just subscribed to DocuSign with the option of using QES for signing documents as and when needed. How do I set up my QES if I don’t already have my digital identity verified? I know DocuSign is a QTPS but I do not find any clear information on requesting this service. Thanks in advance!
