We have multiple sites that we look after, every site has it’s own employer entity.We create all employment documentation centrally at head office, so how can I add different company letterheads to my envelopes? 

I have a DocuSign account. I finished the free trial => I tried to get the paid plan => the payment fails because my account isn’t verified => Support Docs say to re-sign up to get the activation email again => I tried that and it doesn't work => Support Docs say that You can Open a Case at support.docusign.com => You need to log in to support.docusign.com => I get an error when I try to log in.  I have tried everything, but nothing worked.There is no DocuSign support email nor phone number… Which is very annoying.At this point, there is nothing I can do other than writing this post. I would like help to activate my account so that I can get the paid account.

As an admin, I’d like a report showing all envelopes sent during a specific time period, with details of who currently has each envelope in the signing process.Is this possible?Thanks in advance.Kenneth

Hello, I am new here and I wanted to get a copy of the document i signed a couple months ago but the link on the email i was sent has expired so i cannot access the document. I am the recipient and from my understanding of similar questions, it is only the sender/admin that could help me access it. However i also read that the account plan i have (free) could be reason because it might not support some advanced options. I was wondering if i upgraded to the “personal” plan i would be able to access that document from a couple months ago. My old admin does not work with the company anymore so i don’t know who to contact. Thanks for the help, Rafael 

Can I access admin dashbaord where we setup webhooks and integration keys from a business plan or do I have to buy a developer plan

My client had started an agreement and filled out majority of the form, only had to sign it and send it back. They were unable to access it, so I resent it with an updated access code. When I resent it to them, the information they filled in was erased and the form was completely blank - forcing them to restart from scratch. Is there a way I can retrieve the field data they inputted earlier? Why was their information deleted when I resent them the agreement? I think it is because I “corrected” the document and inputted a new access code...

We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title . TL DR: “  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this? 

We have a signer from China who needs to sign a document requiring identity verification with an official ID. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.Could you please advise on the available options in this case?

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

We are encountering DocuSign issues while retrieving the status of packages in the development and test environments. ( Note - This issue is NOT happing in production environment ) The core issue is a `com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.UnrecognizedPropertyException` within the `cwaDocusignApi.war` application. This exception arises when the application attempts to deserialize a JSON response from the DocuSign API, as the response contains a field named "isTicketRelatedEnvelope" that is not recognized by the application's `com.docusign.esign.model.Envelope` class. The root causes appear to be:1. **Outdated DocuSign SDK:** The `cwaDocusignApi` application uses an older version of the DocuSign eSignature SDK, which does not include the `isTicketRelatedEnvelope` property in its `Envelope` model.2. **API Changes:** DocuSign has updated its API to include this new field, and our application has not been updated to accommodate it. To isolate the issue, the existing code was deployed in a loc

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? I’m trying to set up an envelope with multiple signature/initial fields in a single document for one person. However, during signing, the system requires the signer to authenticate and log in again for each signature or initial, which is very frustrating. Is there a way to authenticate the signer once at the start of the document and allow them to complete all signature/initial fields before finishing, instead of repeatedly asking them to log in and authenticate each time?Who has the authority to change this setting (if such an option is available), and would it still remain compliant with Part 11 requirements?Regards, Anil 

Hello community, We have been recently facing an issue consisting of our envelopes being massively blocked in quarantine or spammed by our recipients. Have you faced this before? If yes, what was the explanation/resolution for it?  Can you suggest a workaround -besides the SMS feature- that could make our recipients receive the envelopes we’re sending? -unfortunately it’s not possible to ask each one to check their quarantine and free up the blocked envelopes-Thanks dear community for your help,

When i click on a link on our website to open a document, I am getting an error, “Something went wrong, try again later”. I just inherited admin of our Docusign account. Any ideas what this could be?
