remove default quick view filters

Hi All

Is there a way to change or better, remove entirely, the default quick view filters? Everyday I open DocuSign and then have to “clear filters” because, yet again, DocuSign has provided defaults that are not helpful to me.

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand that having to clear the same filters every time you open Docusign can be inconvenient.

At this time, there is no option to remove or customize the default Quick View filters permanently, or to save the cleared-filter view as the default. If this is affecting your workflow, I’d recommend submitting it as a feature request so the product team can consider allowing users to customize or turn off these default filters. This would certainly be a useful improvement for users who prefer a different view of their envelopes.

I rather suspected this was the case. I’ll submit a request, but I’m not holding my breath. It doesn’t seem like the requests ever go further than ‘under review’.
