Dovument not using signature I created

Question

I created a digital signature but the document that needs my signature does not use the signature I created.  How can I force the document that needs my signature to use the signature I created?

I’m here to help!If Docusign is defaulting to an older signature style despite your recent updates, you can manually override it during your active signing session by following these steps:Open and click Review Document.Click the Sign field to place the signature.Click directly on yoursignature and select ChangeChoose your new style from your saved options.Click Adopt then Replace.However, there are certain scenarios in which you can’t change your signature.
