Remove Envelope ID from Sent Document

Question

I am currently using the trial version and have already sent a thesis approval page to my university advisors. The envelope is currently in the signing process.

I would like to remove the visible Envelope ID from the document. Is it possible to enable this option for my current account and apply it to this existing envelope?

If a paid plan is required, please let me know which plan would allow this.

Hi ​@shankar.sapkota,Welcome to the Docusign Community — it's great to have you here! I understand that you would like to remove the Envelope IDs from your envelopes. I’m happy to clarify the matter.Unfortunately, we cannot remove or disable the Envelope ID on documents in a Docusign free trial or free account.The setting that controls whether the Envelope ID stamp appears ("Enable including the Envelope ID on the document") is typically grayed out or locked on free trial and restricted plans. This setting can be found under the Admin tab > Sending settings.To unlock and modify this feature, a paid subscription plan is required. Any paid plan can acquire this feature. Once purchased, you must specifically request Docusign Support and open a formal case with usto enable the backend account-level permission before the toggle becomes active. Open a case with usOnce the setting is enabled, you can select the option under Sending settings > Enable including the Envelope ID on the document, then follow the steps in this link to remove all Envelope IDs from the document. Send a Document Without the Envelope ID on ItThe "Show envelope ID on all documents" option should appear under Advanced Options.I hope this helps!
