Hello, I have an envelope out for signatures and it will be expiring soon. Is it possible for me to extend this envelope so that it does not expire?  Thank you, Tina 

I paid for a business pro account after having a free trial and I cannot access the features. It says that I have the business pro account when I go to the upgrade feature on my account, but other than that I have no access to the features I need. I tried to create a customer support ticket - but those are only for paid customers… I did pay and still cannot submit a ticket. I then called the sales line because I have clients waiting on me to send out contracts and the salesman told me that he could see I paid for the account but that sometimes it can take them a few hours to update the accounts to fully reflect the upgrade. EXTREMELY disappointing how terrible the customer service is for such a big organization. I will be switching platforms as soon as my remaining envelopes are executed and closed.   

HiI am trying to following this DocuSign instruction https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=isj1586134263707.html&_LANG=enus Our Salesforce has DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce version 7.12.3 installed.  I cannot find this DocuSign Files component when I edit Opportunity Lightning Record page. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

I recently purchased the $450 Intermediate API Plan starting at 100 envelopes per month. However, I was given  the Docusign eSignature Intermediate Plan. How do I switch over from the eSignature Intermediate plan to the Intermediate API Plan that I have already purchased? You should know that I was told by the rep in the chat that I had to use another email for my API account, which I did and that did not work. I made the purchase under another email address. 

I canceled my account in December. We are now in April and I am still being charged -71.01 every single month. I can’t seem to talk to a real person. I tried to make a case, but my account is deactivated so, therefore, I can’t make case--yet I’m still being charged. A long google search gave me a phone number. But it was to the sales team. They didn’t transfer me or give me a way to contact anyone else. Basically just hung up. I am at a loss at what to do.

Hello, I have a template that I use to send to clients. It works fine when I send it initially, but if I ever have to correct the document after sending, I always get an error:“A tab LocalePolicy is invalid. A formula tab LocalePolicy does not match a numerical tab LocalePolicy from its formula.”I checked every formula in the document and made sure to use the correct field names. Proof of this is simply that it works when sending to a client initially. All formulas work correctly.I don’t know what else to try. I need some help here.Thanks!

Good afternoon,I’m new to a DocuSign membership and opted into the $57 account.To complete a task, I needed more envelops than what was provided, so I contacted support (before they completely digitize, which I really stress has created an unhelpful support for account users).I made it clear to support, I solely need more envelops as an adjustment (1 time) to complete a task. They instructed me on a process through admin, which for a fee would increase the amount of envelops. They did not inform me that doing so would increase the users. I have now been charged my monthly fee 3 times and cannot get in touch with a representative.I was clear with what I was looking for and have been fed bad advise which has costed me, with no ability to contact a real person (even through the case management process), to stop this. At this rate, I’ll be charged this ridiculous fee for a service which, based on this experience, would like to opt out of.

Does anyone know if you can set up s signatures in docusign for US patent office documents?

Can I bulk send a contract using a tempate and csv for the data so that each document is unique to the employee’s contract with a unique cell phone number for each row for OTP for the signer? Also, if someone with a seat on our account is going to countersign the contracts is that a second envelope or the same envelope?

Hi I am unabe to create merge field in Docusign Salesfroce. Getting Error : This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.FYI : I have a eSignatureBusiness pro plan.Also unable to get the correct link to log a case for this issue.    

What happened to my account? I went to login and it said that I don’t have an account with you under that email even though I have an annual subscription. I created a new account under the same email and all of my templates and agreements are gone. 

I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning).  On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month.For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication.Very disappointing.Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider

I am creating an envelope using the API and adding multiple documents and using Auto-Place to add the “Sign Here” tabs. The anchor string is the same on both documents but I would like the tabs to only place on the document specified by the “DocumentId” on the tab. This does not seem to work.Here is example code using the C# SDK:Is it expected that the SignHere would be added to both documents? Hi. We have a free developer API account and are using our API calls prior to going live. When sending a document to sign via DocuSign, the signer isn't able to sign from her own DocuSign account. When document is sent, there is nowhere for her to log in to her own DocuSign account to sign the document. She is only able to sign the document with a generic signature. Is this because we are only testing in the free developer API account? Once we go live, will the signer be able to log in to her DocuSign account to sign the document using her uploaded signature? Hello there,In a production environment, we call the listStatusChange method with a list of envelope IDs retrieved from a database. This function is called in a cron job that runs every hour. It worked fine for two or three months until we suddenly got this exception:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [404] with response Body: line 344 At first, I thought it was a Docusign account change in production, but we only use one with several other applications.Do you know what could cause this error? 

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

Can the last role in the signing order be “Receives a Copy” with a Delivery of “Fax”? The business unit wants all signers to receive documents via email but then once signed, the BU would receive the signed documents via fax.

I write this question from a different account then the one the question is about… I created and paid for an account per my work email. Got the payment confirmation, but no activation email.When I contacted sales, they can see my account is set on “no paying costumer”, but I did pay!When I try to login I get an email saying there is no account on the concerning mailadres.But sales can't help me and I can not log in to make a support ticket!Help!

I was auto renewed and charged for my account yesterday that I was not intended to, and I haven’t used Docusign for a while. I canceled my account immediately, but Docusign won’t stop my plan till a year later and said I was not eligible for a refund. I was trying to contact the support center to open a case to get refund but found that I was not able to log into the support center. It was extremely difficult and frustrating to follow the online instructions and messages, and it took me hours searching on solutions and I still couldn’t log in to the support center. Can anyone help me from there?

Unable to send for Signature while sending for signature it throwing an error like  Correlation IDICIDU2781Error CodeDOC000630Error DetailsAn error occurred while processing the electronic signature. Contact your system administrator.We have verified the configuration in DocuSign and it looks to be good.Login as Admin and verify no setting missing at dousing, also, we have verified at our end no change still unable to identify the cause. Please do provide your input on this.

My step father passed last year and I am trying to help my mother access a contract on this site to avoid having a lien placed on her home. I have the POA, etc., necessary to do this on her behalf. I tried using the contact support link to speak to someone, but it is impossible.Any help is appreciated.

ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

I just failed a verification and one of the questions was “who have you been associated with?” and a bunch of names to choose from.Am I supposed to remember everyone’s name in my life?Where can I see and correct the data used for this?I had a mail fraud case years ago, so I have no idea how extensive that problem might be.This is irritating, and then just reading a few posts here, it’s actually infuriating. I get why people hate technology - it’s run by corporations that have no clue what they’re doing, and we’re all just handing our data to them without consent. It’s so frustrating.
