The error I am getting is as follows:{"errorCode":"API_REQUEST_IS_FORBIDDEN","message":"The API request is forbidden. Request blocked due to excess usage"}However when I do not set the email_settings it is working perfectly fine. I also see in documentation that only users with canManageAccount can use this setting. This is an API key that has been generated. how do I give that access to that key ? Or is that not a best practice ? 

Using Opportunities, with Opp Line items,   on the opp I have a few line items, how do i get the associated documents for each product ( associated to the opportunity product)  and collect them into 1 envelope?

Using Lever ATS for employment forms and offer letters but there is currently no option to use templates, or add fields outside of eSignature placeholders and 1 text box that spans the entire width of the page.  Recipients will need to manually select and drag each field to the appropriate place but the text box is too small and there is no instruction or hint given that they can expand the length. I don’t have access to API to merge Docusign templates to our document externally.Also, Radio buttons are not listed as an option for recipients at all, and the checkbox returns as an “x”. Once a form is filled and signed by a recipient, the formatting of the checkbox shifts to the top corner no matter now direct the placement is. How can we fix formatting issues like this? I guess the Text box can be worked around but what about the checkbox shifting after submission? 

I have a workflow configuration that has two approval sub-workflows happening in parallel.  If one rejects, how do I either cancel the parallel review before moving to next task ORwait for the other review to complete before moving to next task? 

Do we have a mechanism in Docusign where once the configuration is moved to production, do we have a backup of configuration for Production environment and lower environments? Is this basically driven by the packages we create? Can we have a system restore from a particular timestamp by the Docusign support team?Scenario - In another CLM experience, once we went live, we did daily backups of Production env. and weekly backups of lower Dev or UAT system. This was done by the Cloud Ops team to enable a restore during the Hypercare period for any issues. Do we have something similar in Docusign? 

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document.  Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document.  Thanks in advance.  

Is it possible to use HS256 symmetric encryption algorithm for generation of JWTs? I can only see the asymmetric encryption RS256 used in the walkthroughs. I am trying to consume https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token with a JWT to get an access token, but it would be easier if this was possible with HS256 JWT encryption.

HiThe signed letter from the candidate that comes back and sits in the offer letter portlet in SF in suddenly missing the candidate signature.It looks like it is there but with a white stamp.The same letter also goes to the Recruiter and candidate inboxes and that has the signature.What is wrong with the stored copy?This was working well until recently.Please assist.Thanks,Nimesha

I have 250 envelopes created in the draft folder that are set to send out on April 1. The board has edited the rules (one of the documents in the already created envelopes). If I edit the document in the template, does that update the document in the draft or do I need to individually update the new document to all 250 draft envelops?

We would like to start the process to set up SSO for DocuSign but I have some questions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Do I have to clean up external accounts first?  If the user only has an external account, will their envelopes go away after we set up SSO? Are there specific steps I need to take to set up SSO and if so, what are they?  Can I setup SSO on our DocuSign demo site?  What happens to the API users we have set up with DocuSign? 

I have a requirement to trigger sending of a document via DocuSign for remote signing. The signing link for the documents needs to be sent as a text message (SMS) using a custom solution (Twilio). Using Apex Toolkit dfsle.EnvelopeService.sendEnvelope(myEnvelope, false), I’m able to generate an envelope with a Template. Now the challenge is to get the signing URL. I have been able to get the recipient preview URL using dfsle.SigningService.getRecipientPreviewUrl(docuSignUUID,1) but it can’t be used to complete the document. I have tried using dfsle.SigningService.getSigningUrl(envelope, returnURL ,true) but it alwasy returns a NULL value.Is it possible to achieve what my requirement says? If yes, can someone throw light on what I’m missing or have been doing incorrectly?

I have used this tool for many years. I’ve never been able to use “Bulk Sends” and now I can’t even get a template to completion before problems arise. I tried to call support and it is apparent that DS has gone self service and believes a video will answer all of my questions. At this point I can’t even get a general time when support might call me back. I guess I’ll use this delay to research other tools like DocuSign. What happened? 

I have a docusign document (lease) that needs dating. In some of the definitions, the text boxes have been missed therefore I won’t be able to add in the relevant information in docusign at the time of dating. I can edit the pdf immediately after to add those in, but do I need to add a statement on the front page that advises that has been done? 

We have use RLM (Revenue Cloud) and for revenue cloud quote object need to enable docusign, so can i enable docusign for quote object without requiring docusign app launcher app. if yes can you pls guide me and provide steps. 

We have Success Factors Recruiting and have used the standard API to connect to Docusign for e-signing the offer letters, work contracts etcThe SF editor is quite poor and despite my efforts to date I cannot get the ‘ok in SF preview’ to be the same in Docusign. I have tried explicit inline CSS, using tables and using CoPilot to help me with variations of simple HTML that is then rendered correctly in Docusign. The Text is too large on the whole when it gets to Docusign.The issue I think is that the SF end is HTML that Docusign tries to convert to a PDF - we use ‘tokens’ or preset field variables in the SF side to populate fields like name date etc.Would be very appreciative of anyone who has navigated this issue or can help with guidance on further steps to trythanksDarren

Hi, we have a requirement that a document signature should be assigned to a group where either member of the group can sign the document. The closest I could think was to have kind of a Task group but that is not possible to store in a variable. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, Is there a way to have a role that is set as Needs to Review to not let it pass to the signer until they have completed their review. I thought that as long as they didn’t select complete it would not move to the signer. Is there any other way to stop the document from going to the signer if we need someone at the firm to review? We already use the checkbox field in our documents to stop it from going to the firm before we complete our review and once we select finish the document moves on to the reviewer at the firm and they want it to stop there until they have completed their review.

Is it possible to integrate DocuSign webforms with other CLM applications such as Contract Insight?

I performed a validation of a signature in Adobe Reader, which was performed on a contract, but it says that the validity of the signature is unknown, the identity of the signer is unknown, and that changes were made to the document. My question is, is this a way for the document not to be validated and for me to request the cancellation of the contract? Attached photo 

Hi, We have a problem with the option to decline to sign, using the python sdk with sms authentication, we still have the decline button even when adding the property in to the DocuSign_SignResource file and add the file in the brand admin.In addition, as soon as we click on the decline button, the signature is rejected without any reason being given.Do you have a solution? 

What I’ve Built So Far:I have a form in my model-driven app that HR fills out after an interview if they plan to send an offer letter. The form contains the following fields: Candidate Name Start Date Offered Salary Signed Return By Date Position Date of Letter These fields match the placeholders in multiple offer letter templates stored in DocuSign. The correct template should be selected based on the job position.What I Want to Automate:When HR submits the form, Power Automate should: Identify the correct offer letter template based on the position. Populate the template with the candidate's details from Dataverse. Send the offer letter for e-signature using DocuSign. Once the letter is sent, update the "Send Offer Letter" column in Dataverse to "Completed

Unfortunately, during activation, we made a mistake and only selected one seat, even though the plan includes five.We’ve already activated the code, but we need help enabling the remaining four seats. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or does anyone have advice on how to fix it?Any assistance or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance.

Hello,At my company, we use DocuSign for Salesforce and set up DocuSign integrations for other companies.Our contract (daily, weekly) and disclosure (NY, CA, VA) documents are in separate Gen Templates, each linked to specific rules. For example, if frequency = daily and billing address = NY, then the daily contract and NY disclosure are sent for signature.Issue:Both templates are successfully sent for signature, but while the contract correctly displays the picklist, signature, and date signed fields (configured via the envelope template), the disclosure does not show these fields. As a result, both templates cannot be completed smoothly.I have created multiple support tickets, but due to the complexity of the scenario, I haven’t found a clear solution or resource. At this point, I’m not even sure if DocuSign supports this functionality as expected.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a solution?Thank you!
