I understand yahoo is blocking DocuSign envelopes.  When will this be fixed?  THX

Richard, we have received multiple reports of this issue from various accounts. One claimed it had something to do with using Chrome, another that it was localized to our Australian data center, but these have not been verified yet.  An open bug report is currently under investigation.

Richard, a workaround has been proposed based on an analysis of the Yahoo error code: 

Have the sender advise the recipient to whitelist all Docusign emails or add them as safe senders on their email settings; here's two links that you can share with the recipient to do this: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Why-am-I-not-getting-DocuSign-email-notifications?language=en_US & https://support.pushpay.com/s/article/Communication-Yahoo-Mail#:~:text=Whitelisting%20in%20Yahoo&text=Click%20the%20Settings%20icon%20and,a%20folder%20for%20the%20emails.

Update: This problem resides with Yahoo and the problem has been escalated for their attention and next steps.

Not according to the ticket I’m tracking, Richard.  But it is being escalated.

After escalation with Yahoo, they seem to have resolved the issue.

I can confirm that I still cannot send envelopes to Yahoo accounts.

Thank you.  I actually took a chance -  all these click click click and sent the docs again, the third time, this morning.  And it worked.  When it got rejected, there is no pending and I had to click again.
