I have sms texting option for sending envelopes. When we do not need to send via sms we have simple unchecked the box. As of yesterday, we are not able to uncheck the sms option. The box is grayed out and we have not made any changes in our settings. How can we fix this?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
You may disable SMS delivery from your Account Settings. Navigate to Admin > Security Settings and select Disable recipient authentication for this account > Save. This will remove SMS and account login options for access and signatures.

If you are still unable to uncheck the SMS box on the existing template you’re working on, we highly recommend that you create a new template instead.
