I got this issue when trying to get access token. So I don’t know how to get code challenge and its method. I tried to search around them but nothing is suitable for my issue. It also tell me bout CODE_VERIFIER, and I’m stucking with how to get these values and solve my problem. We have built a Salesforce automation. When the initial contract is sent to the client and later some changes are made, we generate a second contract.At the time of generating the second contract, we update the initial contract envelope status to Void. However, we are not receiving any void notification emails. Also, we are still receiving reminder emails for the initial contract.I think the API call is not being triggered in DocuSign.Can someone advise me on how to resolve this issue?

We’ve received the reminder of the change to Azure. I reviewed similar cases in the community and tried adjusting the signature changing solutions. Many moderators suggested the solution: “Contact the sender and have them resend the envelope.” However, in this situation, I am the sender. After voiding the previous envelope and resending a new one for the signer to correct their signature, the signer still sees the old signature stored from the past.Therefore, I would like to confirm whether this solution actually works, or if there is any additional step required to reset the stored signature.

I sent an envelope that requires multiple signers. They use the same device, after the first signer completed their part, the second signer attempted to log in with their email to access the envelope. However, the device (iOS) rejected the login and forcibly closed the email app and browser window.I would like to check whether the system supports signing on the same device using different email accounts, or if any users have experienced this issue before.

Hi there. A difficult one I believe….I have a customer who has 2 email domains. One is user in docusign and the other one isn’t.The issue is that senders are sending the envelopes sometimes to the docusign users some times to the other email. The issue is that the recipient of those envelopes, lose track of the ones that are send to his  non docusign user email.Is there a way they can solve this? The client was asking if it was possible to restrict in the email box in docusign platform to edit to certain emails. I said that’s not possible. I also suggested to provide internal communication to tell the senders which email domain they need to use however there is inconsistency because some docusign users have one domain and some others the other one. Any other suggestions someone may think?Many thanks in advance 

Hi everyone,I would like to report the following issue encountered in developers.docusign.com. Issue Description: Log in to DocuSign Demo Navigate to My Apps & Keys web page That page loads but remains completely blank (no content displayed).  After this occurs: Log out Click on login again. The login form does not appear, and the system automatically logs the user in without re-entering email address and password. Could you please investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved?Thanks! 

When trying to sign the documents through DocuSign. We  are unable to finish the signing the documents. It is getting stuck at the id verification, it opens a tab for verification and doesn't redirect as below. We tried using different browsers as well, but couldn't be of much help. I have selected the setting in envelope delivery to attach documents to completion email but the signer is not receiving the email.  How do I ensure the signers receives this email?

Hello. We just had a recipient use a photo as a signature for the first time. We are investigating whether this is acceptable by the State, and may not be able to use it. Can we prevent a signer from using a photo as a signature? I don’t see any matching options in the Admin tab.

Hello, I sent an envelope to a number of people last year on a paid plan. This plan ran out in the meantime. Now the 3 last remaining people tried to sign the document and all reported that the link they received is not working. The document is supposed to expire on March 18, 2026.Is this related to the plan or could this be another error? Thank you.

We are experiencing an issue where, upon downloading a completed DocuSign envelope, the system automatically modifies the original file name. Specifically, all periods (.) within the file name are being altered. This behavior impacts our established file naming convention, as periods are used intentionally within version identifiers and are a critical component of our version control structure. The automatic modification of these characters disrupts our document management process and creates inconsistencies in version tracking. Is there a chance to include this fix in an upcoming release?

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

We use DocuSign Connect to automatically route completed DocuSign Envelopes into Laserfiche. Some of our forms/templates may be sent out before the account number needed for routing either is or can be created. Currently we are using a Document Custom Field for the account number which is the last step before the envelope completes.Staff find this cumbersome and would prefer to use an envelope field. We can use an envelope field for most templates but we may need a more nuanced approach for these 14 forms that may or may not have the account number available at envelope creation. Do you have any recommendation on how to accommodate this workflow? Would it be possible to set a drop down at the envelope field level where staff are asked if an account number is available and if Yes they can enter it as a custom envelope field, and if not then the field will be added as the last step as Custom Document Field?

I have a field where recipient 1 is tasked to enter data.  Let’s call this data “Subtotal”.  I’d like to be able to utilize the data in this field when a modifier is chosen by recipient 2 via checkbox.  Let’s call it “10% off coupon”.  Ideally, a simple formula field could calculate 10% off the subtotal when recipient 2 checks the box.  However, the issue that I’m running into is that the data entered by recipient 1 is not available to be used in formulas when activated by recipient 2.  How can this be accomplished?

do you know if there is a possibility of sending a document to someone to sign and draw in the document? we are developing a car report and the person that receives the document must sign and draw in the document where are the damages in the car.
