Exclude Docusign from Intune App protection policy

Hi, I am new to DocuSign Gen and building out my first template. I would like a section to be shown if a field is not null. Agreements not showing online but are on the mobile app

I logged in through the online version and I see my envelopes in my dashboard but cannot review my agreements. I have changed filters and moved through the different folders but the do not show up. I do see all the documents on the mobile application. I have not created any agreements using the Mobile app. I also had the same issues with my templates and Webforms but without any intervention they showed up after i logged off and back on

Client nor myself are getting the document

I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received their document. I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either. I contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they do not even see it ever being sent to me. This is an important document that I am needing our client to sign before the end of the month. Any suggestion on what could be going on?

New user, paid for license, unable to create support case

Just what the title says - new Docusign user (kinda regretting this decision already)…. Was using a trial and upgraded to paid for today. Never got a response from sales when I was in trial mode. Went to open a support case today now that’s I’m paid for - and it says I can’t as my account does not have that privilege. Anyone have any tips here - worst part of this is I was able to open a case when I was a trial user and they told me to talk to sales…. how, as I said, ignored any request. Typing this out I feel stupid for spending the money now...

Sender DocuSign email rejected

After sending off a document for DocuSign signatures I received the following message: smtp; 530 5. 1. 0 <dse_na3@docusign.net> sender rejected Is this an issue with the receiving party and/or their phone/computer settings for receiving the email? I double checked the email address and it was correct. Per DocuSign’s suggestions I even re-entered the recipient’s information, including email, as part of the “Correct” procedure in my DocuSign account. Any suggestions for fixing this issue?FYI, I have successfully sent this recipient 10 to 15 docuSign emails over the past 6 months.

How to disable PDF attachment document copy for completed email

HelloI need to find a way how to not add pdf copy of signed document into “complete” email attachment. And make it not global setting. I know there is a possibility to disable: Admin ->Signing and Sending -> Envelope Delivery -> Attach documents to completion email, but it effects the whole account. I found something about “Allow account users to decide if they should send a link or attach a PDF” and then configure “Permission profile” → Deliver self-signed email notifications by “Link”. But it didn’t help.Does someone know how to disable attachments for specific user, group etc and do not affect the whole account?Thanks

Docusign Integration with Dynamics 365

Hello,I am trying to implement a change in the docusign process. Our docusign is registered with a service account and all templates are created using that service account. When a user in Dynamics CE generates a docusign letter it sends out the document from the service account email address. So the receiver of the email when returns the document it goes back to the service account. This is creating a bit of confusion as we have multiple people on the team who send out documents from docusign. I tried to change the email address on the docusign user entity in MS dynamics and created the user with the same email in docusign. It send out the email from the users email address XXX-username@email.com but it is not working for all users. Thanks in advance.!

Can the same app key be used for different

I have an app key setup and live in production. When a user clicks a button on my page I create an envelope and send a PDF with a request to Docusign for the user to sign. This has been working for several years. Is it possible to use the same app key to send a different PDF for signing, or do I have to create a separate app key?The return URL will be different for the other PDF, but it looks like I can add multiple return URLs to the app key configuration.

Send Parallel Signature requests to same Role Name/ Recipient Id using routing order

I have a template created with 5 recipients / role names (no emails and no names are mentioned) and respective tabs are assigned on the template like Name, signature, Date signed to all those. Have a signing order mentioned for those recipients I have a integration with servicenow. Servicenow Docusign espoke has an action called Add Recipient it will take Role Name , Recipient ID ,email and name as inputs and add recipients. I have to add multiple users as recipients for one Role name. For example :Role Name : Event Approval I have to send this approval to 3 users and need signature from anyone of those 3 users. If one approves, will remove other recipients from the envelope as I cannot mark the status as void for individual recipients.The problem I am facing is everytime i add a recipient with same Role Name , Recipient Id and routing order Docusign is not considering it as parallel approvals and assigning the signing order correctly. Please see the screenshots. How to achieve this,

I am successfully redirected back to https://localhost:7054/dsauth. I capture the token from the “code” query parameter.When I try to use that token in the header to list users, I receive 401 unauthorized. I can’t find any documentation to help resolve the problem, and as far as I can tell I’m following the example perfectly.I am using C# and RestSharp to make the calls. Using Multiple Integration Keys in OIC

We are currently using DocuSign keys in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process that is live and functioning well. Now, we have a new requirement to implement DocuSign for a separate employee onboarding process. I have a few questions regarding this: Since we already have a DocuSign key in the production environment for the KYC process, can we reuse the same key for the employee onboarding process? The flow for both processes is similar: Define a template in DocuSign (the templates differ for each process). Use these templates in our integration. Once an envelope is signed (by a customer or employee), the information is processed via a "Connect" configuration. For these two separate processes, can we set up two independent "Connect" configurations in DocuSign? If having two "Connect" configurations is possible, how can we ensure they do not overlap and that each configuration only handles the relevant process?

Hello DocuSign Community,We're currently facing a challenge while trying to integrate the DocuSign eSignature SDK (docusign-esign-java) into our Java application. We are using the RESTEasy client version 3.13.2.FINAL, and we've encountered the following error:RESTEASY003215: could not find writer for content-type application/x-www-form-urlencoded type: javax.ws.rs.core.Form In an attempt to resolve this issue, we updated the versions of resteasy-jaxb-provider and resteasy-multipart-provider, hoping that it would fix the compatibility issue or the error above. Unfortunately, this approach did not yield the desired outcome.We also considered updating the version of resteasy-client to a more recent one. However, we found that the newer versions of resteasy-client are not compatible with our current version of keycloak-admin-client (19.0.3), which is a critical part of our application's authentication system.Given these constraints, we are seeking advice or suggestions from the community o

Envelope allowance exceed on free account

I have had a free account that I use only for signing documents myself, since 2020 or 2021. All of a sudden last week, I’m getting a message that “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I have never, ever, sent an envelope, so I don’t understand the issue. Up at the top, it even says 3 sends left: I sent a message to DocuSign, and got a “there is no limit for signing, only for sending” message, so I’m stumped. Why would this be happening? I literally only use it for signing.Thank you in advance! This is such an inconvenience!

Transferred Envelopes Omitted from Reports

I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users (they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed. I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports.I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? Thanks for your help!

User cannot update email address

hi,I’ve been letting users know they need to update their email addresses, by going to the “manage profile’ option, then update email option. There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable. She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address. The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”. When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ?Thanksmaggie
