I am a developer/consultant setting up a DocuSign API integration for my client using Make.com. I have a question about the Go-Live verification process.Here is my situation:- I created a DocuSign Developer (Sandbox) account under my own name (Abdul Rehman) and my own email- My client has an active DocuSign eSignature Standard production account under their business email (*****@*****.***)- The production account admin is Edgar Samuel Cornejo Farias - I created an Integration Key in my developer account and submitted the Go-Live form- During the Go-Live PowerForm verification process, it is asking for ID verificationMy questions are:1. Can I (Abdul Rehman) complete the ID verification as the Application Manager/Developer, while linking the integration key to my CLIENT's production account (Account ID: xxxx)? I’m trying to set up an envelope with multiple signature/initial fields in a single document for one person. However, during signing, the system requires the signer to authenticate and log in again for each signature or initial, which is very frustrating. Is there a way to authenticate the signer once at the start of the document and allow them to complete all signature/initial fields before finishing, instead of repeatedly asking them to log in and authenticate each time?Who has the authority to change this setting (if such an option is available), and would it still remain compliant with Part 11 requirements?Regards, Anil 

I can’t find any way to get in touch with support. I need to send a document for signature and reached my limit. Dear DocuSign community,we have noticed the following point, which could lead to forgery of the signature: If a signatory does not open the document, but only forwards the mail itself to a person who is not stored as a signatory in the entire workflow, this recipient can open the document and sign on behalf of the person originally stored. How can this be prevented? In our opinion, this is not possible by adding a code, as this code is contained in the mail that is forwarded.Creating the highest security level when sending would be too much effort for what is in this case a simple signature process.Thank you very much in adcanve for your reply!Katrin

our client wants to use a Signing Group and  restrict editing of the recipient email address in Review and Send for signature  Workflow step. Is this feasible to do within CLM without using the e-signature envelope template?

I am a paid user and last yearly payment was made 4.28.25 so the year is not expired yet. All of my prior work is missing and I am listed as a nonpaying user.

This has happened to two different people now where they send out a document to be signed and when the first person in the signing order signs they get the email stating that it is their turn and they sign. But when we go to download the signed documents from Docusign, only the second signers signature is there. I have attached a screenshot showing both parties signed. What has happened here?

We have a template we send to customers and this template contains State and Country picklists.We have 2 issues which we submitted to DocuSign Support but still waiting for a resolution so thought I check with the community.When Country= USA is selected, the State picklist displays all states and provinces in USA and outside USA. Workable but not professional and we want to provide our customers just USA states if Country USA is selected. In State picklist, when customer selects California, it changes into Caglieri.  When Tennessee is selected, it changes into Tamil Nadu. I researched and figured out why this is happening but I still need a fix because this confuses our Customers. In Docusign - Caglieri and California both have ISO Codes=CA, Tamil Nadu and Tennessee ISO Codes are TN. I am unable to edit the ISO Codes on the template and Salesforce.I need help on these issues. Hi, I’m still in sandbox.My use case is we send the envelope to a signer. After they complete signing, we need to fill other fields for the second signer before they view the document. I’ve implemented sending the the envelope to the first signer with pre-populated fields. But after the first signer completes and I update the fields for the second signer, the second signer still sees those fields as empty.I’ve tried both envelopesApi.updateRecipients()andenvelopesApi.updateTabs()Neither of those made the fields pre-populate when the second signer loaded up the doc.Is this possible to implement? How should I go about it?

We're using the EnvelopeViews: createSender endpoint to embed the tagger/sender view in our application. We need to control the display language of the embedded sender view based on the user's account language.Following the documentation, we append the locale query parameter to the URL returned by the API: https://app.docusign.com/...?locale=deThis approach works correctly for the recipient view (createRecipientView) — the signing UI displays in the expected language.However, for the sender view (createSenderView), the locale parameter appears to be ignored entirely. Hello, I had a docusign working application in development environment where I was calling apis from nodejs application. I created a JWT key using the call back by going here : https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature&client_id={iKey}&redirect_uri={callback}I used integration key and user id as shown on my screen. This setup was working fine.  Then I moved to a new setup by just promoting the application to production. For this I had to add a new member to my account as they have administrative rights to my account. Once I did that, I am not able to make any requests. I even updated the docusign links in my app as follows: DOCUSIGN_AUTH_SERVER="account.docusign.com"DOCUSIGN_BASE_PATH="https://na3.docusign.net"I also updated the JWT by hitting account.docusign.com instead of account-d.docusign.com in the above but I am still getting error of: DocuSign error data:

When I send an agreement out, it looks that although I format it with extra lines and spaces between paragraphs like an email; but it then makes the entire thing one long run-on paragraph. Is there a way to make sure that it keeps the message to the customer clearly formatted so it looks more profesisonal?

Our Copy Envelope option is suddenly missing from any Agreements in Shared Access. It is still selected in Admin. It seems I can copy a Completed or Voided envelope that I sent, but nothing else. Is that the way this is set up now?

I would like to know how to, or request a feature, that makes it possible at admin level to customise the default subject line prefix that appears in sending emails.Currently this always defaults to “Complete with Docusign:” and this wording has on many occasions caused documents to be overlooked by recipients - the feedback I get is they see the word “Complete” and think it is a completed document, not a request for a signature, especially for our internal signatories who receive lots of documents for signing. This problem is compounded by the default subject line for finished documents starting with “Completed” - this just seems like a major UX oversight.It is frustrating to have to go in and change this on every envelope. I did see a ‘solution’ that involved setting up templates, but I send lots of different docs, I don’t want a template for each one, and navigating to templates just to send a quick doc seems unnecessarily onerous when you have mad

I am in the admin - > integration section.  I was expecting to see something liek API and keys in the title  . I did try the app and keys, but the only option is Authorization Code Grant. I don;’ see an way to change it,   Figure 2.   What am I missing?Figure 1Figure 2  

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. I’ve created a merge field in Docusign that is to write back to an opportunity field in Salesforce, and have placed the anchor tag in my word document template.  When I go to send the document out for signature, the text field for data to be entered is barely wide enough to notice it’s even there:I know I can manually adjust the width of the field before sending, but asking my users to have to do this for every contract that goes out is not reasonable.  How can I set this anchored merge field to be wider by default?

Hi!I have a document that requires a signature from one individual in our organization and then signed by the counterparty. Originally I set up a template for this but I need to send out 60 of these templates and I don’t want to use bulk send because our internal signer would have to open 60 emails.Is there an alternative to this?I could create all 60 documents and send them to our signer and the parse them out to the counterparties but before I do that I wanted to see if there was an easier way.Thank you for any suggestions!

Hello everyone,I’m trying to design a workflow for a document that will be signed by employees from 100+ different companies, and then countersigned or approved by that employee’s manager at the same company.My initial idea is to have the employee (Signer 1) select their company from a dropdown field. Ideally, based on that selection, the correct manager/employer (Signer 2) would be automatically assigned as the next signer.The document would need to be accessed directly from our website (freestanding). However, with Web Forms, it appears that Signer 1 can assign any email address, which doesn’t meet our requirements.Does anyone know if this type of conditional signer assignment is possible in DocuSign (via Web Forms, PowerForms, or another approach)? Or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance.
