When a recipient receives an agreement to sign, Docusign can provide a simple, plain-English summary of key terms and highlights directly within the signing experience. Signers can also ask natural-language questions about the agreement and receive agreement-specific answers, helping them review and sign with greater confidence.

Please note that this capability is available within the signing experience, rather than as part of the signature request email itself. These features are now available for all envelopes globally in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, and Japanese.
