Removing signer: no "correct" or "manage" option

Question

Hi there, i sent an envelope with some documents for signing. 5/6 people have signed and the 6th person does not need to sign (he doesnt have any signing fields however he was still selected as "needs to sign") I do not have a "manage" tab or a "correct" option. What can i do to remove him? I am the owner of the account so have all of the correct permissions

I believe the free accounts do not have the option to correct envelopes.If you have a paid version - “correct” should be listed as an option in the dropdown menu (when you click on the three vertical dots next to “resend” in the “in process” tab).NOTE: If all the signers have completed their signatures you can no longer correct an envelope. “Correct” will no longer be an option.good luckmr1
