Salesforce Docusign Integration - Docusign Status is not reflecting in salesforce

I am migrating our salesforce integration with docusign to DAL. When a document is declined by customer I can see the status reflecting in salesforce dfsle__envelopestatus__c field, but when a customer signs the document that status is not reflected in salesforce.
Docusign envelope, Envelope status, recipient records are created successfully. No issues here
Logs dont show any failure.

When the document is signed I receive an event back to salesforce, when I check in trigger logic dfsle__envelopestatus__c → dfsle__status__c still has a value sent.

Also under connect(webhooks) → Dashboard - I can still see data format as legacy. Is this expected?

Hello @Aniket.patil,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

It is common for users migrating from DFS to expect status updates to appear in a different DocuSign status field within Salesforce. The easiest way is to add the Docusign Envelope Status component to the Page layout:

Add the Envelope Status Component to a Salesforce Layout

If the status is not updated and envelopes remain in Sent status in the Docusign Envelope Status component, you may check the following article to review some areas that sometimes cause the status not to update successfully.

Envelope and Recipient Status are Not Updated

If the issue persists after completing the recommended checks, please open a support case so our team can investigate further. 👉 Get Support

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions
