I have a Document which has been signed by the CEO using a POA clause. The signatures looked misaligned and formatted wrong. Everyone of their Docusign signatures has exactly the same ID number. Is that possible, it’s around 50 signatures This has made me look at other documents they have sent, those docs have people with the same Surname signing separately having the same Signature ID too. I suspect they have copied an old Docusign Signature and pasted it in multiple times! i have even seen the same signature ID appear on a document filed with companies house, which again makes me think its a copy and paste job. i thought i new ID was generated for every signature made, regardless if its the same person signing thanks in advance

We write Event Contracts for parties at our brewery and collect a reservation fee. I have an event that needs to be canceled and I do not see ANYWHERE on how to refund the reservation fee processed on Stripe through DocuSign. Help!

Will I be able to request for the ID Verification feature to be added on my sandbox account even when I don’t have a paid production account?In particular I need to require IDs for my envelope recipients before they sign. I would want to test out this feature first so I know if it’s worth it to go for a Business Pro plan just to have this feature.Or if that’s not possible, any workarounds for me to get a free trial? Hello community, I have a document that has a template that auto matches to it right? The thing is auto place for the signature populates in places I dont want it to be. Does anyone know if there is a way I can force it to only populate in a certain area instead of auto placing it in all the fields? 

How can I use the Bulk emailing function to not only Email a list of people, but also CC attached documents to their alternative address in case they don’t utilize their work email often? So in my CSV I have their primary address and secondary address and I want to bulk email each person, the primary address receives the document for signature, and the secondary just receives a notice with a copy of the attached documents. Also, can I reference their primary email in my DocuSign message to them that is tagged to the “Custom email for each recipient”? this way they will know what email I sent it to and can login to it to respond.

For efffff’s sake, Docusign! I have a free plan. I send maybe one Docusign a month. So I sent one last month. The other party signed. But every time I try to sign I get a blank page. There is no support email or phone number or platform, it seems, for free users. Which makes me NEVER want to pay for anything related to Docusign. I need to get this one agreement signed and completed. Then I will never have anything to do with Docusign ever again. How can a SaaS company have zero customer support options? Ridiculous. Please let me know who I can contact to get this issue resolved.

I've been trying to contact DocuSign for two weeks, and no one has responded.I want to cancel my subscription, and I complete the process, and it tells me it's been processed. Two minutes later, I receive an email saying there's an error and the process hasn't been completed.I have the screenshots.Can anyone help me?  

Is it possible to delete a document from an envelope not fully signed yet, which was generated by the Document Generation feature and add a new document to it generated by Document Generation as well?  

Hello,I have received a document by email that I need to sign via DocuSign. I created a signature with a mistake. Now I can’t correct it because DocuSign doesn’t allow me to change the signature that I chose initially. I tried creating a DocuSign account, but when I did it, I didn’t see an option to sign a document received via email. What can I do to use a different signature? 

I run a custom cabinet manufacturing business, and our designers are responsible for selling a project to a client. The Designers are responsible for negotiating with the client and closing the deal. When they do, they are required to fill out a contract with the details of the project. Sometimes, the Designers get the details wrong. A Service Coordinator should inspect the contract and adjust anything the designer got wrong (this means editing contract fields inputted by the designer). The Designer just fills out information, they never sign the contract, only the client.Once the Service Coordinator edits and finalizes the agreement (sometimes they have to add additional pages from the standard contract to cover ourselves when customers make special selections - e.g., including the color cabinet they chose in the contract), the Service Coordinator sends the DocuSign contract to the client for eSignature.I’ve tried to find Collaborative Fields and don’t see them in my

Is it possible to create a custom field that consist of a text and a date?E.g. When I create documents to sign and am adding fields for completion and signature, the fields always default to one sender and their respective color. What is the best most efficient way to have the same fields for different recipients (colors) without having to do it manually for each recipient. When I go to send, it tells me I did not add fields, which is true, but I would like the same fields to apply to all documents. Why on earth is there no easy way to do this, or is there?

Dear DocuSign Community,Is there a way to make DocuSign remember a device for logging in on the iOS-app without deactivating 2FA altogether? Our users are sharing iPads for using the DocuSign app for in-person signing a lot and are annoyed by having to run to their desktops to find the 2FA-code in their e-mail when switching accounts. Sometimes this is highly disruptive within our business procedures.

Within a flow in CLM, I am using the Choose Users step, which allows me to select one or more users, which I save in a variable of Type Actor, but this variable only shows me the first selected user. I have tried changing the variable type to XML, to see if this would generate the list of all users, however the variable is generated empty. any solution to this problem? The control is supposed to return all the selected users and not just one.

Hi all,I have a use case that involves multiple users signing documents using the CEO's name and signature style.For example, there are about 10 department managers who sometimes need to sign contracts on behalf of the CEO.Instead of having each manager manually set up the CEO's signature in their own account (which would be time-consuming), I’d like to use the API to configure the CEO's name and signature image for all of them in bulk. My goals are:Apply a standardized CEO-style signature to all relevant users.Automate this via the DocuSign API (so no manual configuration per user). My questions:Is it possible to programmatically assign a specific signature (name and image) to multiple users?Is there an API method to do this in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

I recently subscribed to a paid personal account of DocuSign. I prepared an envelope and sent it to the recipients for signature. While prepare the documents there was no watermarks. However, the version received by the signatory had the watermark that stated “Demonstration document only”. When the document was completed from all signatories, I received a completion certificate and the final signed document which included the same demonstration watermark. I understand that this watermark undermines the enforceability of the signed document. Every time i create a new document the same issues happen again. How can i resolve this problem ?
