We understand your inquiry regarding the email notification settings. At this time, the option to display multiple email addresses for Docusign notifications is not available.
By default, when a notification email is sent, recipients will see it originating from the appropriate Docusign server email address, such as dse@docusign.net or dse-demo@docusign.net. However, Docusign offers Custom Email Domain (CED) feature, which allows all outbound emails to display a customized name and email address. Please see helpful resources:

Heads up: This feature is only available with the Access Management with SSO add-on.
