hello!

I am using Docusign Gen + ESignature to deliver documents via Salesforce. I am using anchor tags in my docusign gen document. 

i AM asking for advice on how to send to the document to multiple contacts at once where they can all fill out the fields on the document.  for example: i have 3 client contacts to send the document to who could fill out document, however only need one signature.

my fields in my document are not specific to any signers - i want anyone to be able to complete the information in the document. 

 

how do i build that signer order to accommodate this request?

The concept of Signing Groups would work BUT I do not always have the predefined group of recipients where I can build a signing group in the docusign admin site. 

We send out an document via salesforce and our team does not have the capacity do build out in admin site first, then send out the document in salesforce. 

it would be wonderful if we could just use signing group in salesforce and not having to build out a predefined recipients list in admin site

A signing group is a group of recipients that always needs to be predefined. Sounds like you need to consider updating the business process to identify the recipient up front.
