Hello,

Our organization uses DocuSign envelopes where we must collect information exclusively in English. To ensure compliance, we need to prevent signers from changing the language on the disclosure page or information intake fields.

Currently, signers can use the language dropdown to switch from English. Our goal is to either:

  • Hide the language dropdown entirely and lock the page in English, or

  • Set English as the default and disable the option to change it.

How can this be achieved through account, branding, or template settings?
