Envelopes about to expire

Hello @Vanesabl,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!

You may refer to this article on how to extend the expiration date of an envelope: Extend envelope expiration | eSignature

Regarding envelope correction, here are the possible reasons why you cannot correct an envelope;

1. Envelope Status: You can only correct envelopes that are in the in-process status. If the envelope has been completed or voided, you will not be able to make any corrections.

2. Account Limitations: The ability to correct envelopes may be limited based on your account type. Free accounts typically do not have access to the correction feature.

If you encounter issues, check your account settings or consult with your account administrator.

I hope this helps clarify things! If you found this response helpful, feel free to give it a like or mark it as the best answer. Let us know if you have any further questions
