Hi, I have several envelopes that were sent, and I can see in the status that they are about to expire in 3 days. What can I do to extend the expiration date? I don’t see an option to correct them.Thanks!

Regarding envelope correction, here are the possible reasons why you cannot correct an envelope;

Envelope Status: You can only correct envelopes that are in the in-process status. If the envelope has been completed or voided, you will not be able to make any corrections.

Account Limitations: The ability to correct envelopes may be limited based on your account type. Free accounts typically do not have access to the correction feature.
If you encounter issues, check your account settings or consult with your account administrator.
