Request to revoke signature due to fraud

I signed a document through DocuSign, but I later discovered that the company that sent it to me has committed fraud.
I would like to revoke my signature or otherwise invalidate the document, as I do not want it to be considered valid.

Could you please advise me on the correct procedure to follow in this case?
