I’ve recently deleted the email address associated with my docusign account. I no longer have any access to it.  I’d like to update my docusign email address to my new one however it seems to be sending an security code to the deleted email. Is there any way I can update the email address now? (I am still able to log-in on my computer however when I try to log-in on a different device, it asks for a code).

Teams - I tried to follow the below steps to set up notifications within CLM but I am not seeing the same thing that it shows in the documentation.  From the below instruction, all I see are notifications for Slack which are also greyed out (not a big deal, not using Slack).  I am an organizational admin so should have access to determine notifications but also want to make sure the configuration is correct for the end users. ===================================================You can configure your task preferences in your Docusign CLM account. Hoping to get some help as this has happened twice now. I create an account for eSignature, activated via email and paid for a plan, but less than an hour after sending my first envelope, the envelope disappears and it’s like the account was never created (existing password doesn’t exist and the email now shows up as an option for a new account). I’ve also got the receipts and bank confirmation that the money’s been taken. I also can’t get anyone from DocuSign support to get back to me because I can’t raise a support ticket because there’s no way for me to log into my now overpaid account that appears to no longer exist. 

Is it possible to add an internal approval level as the first person to see a document before it is then sent onwards for signatories? Basically want a manager to review documents before they are sent externally. We have eSignature Business Pro Edition for SFDC.Thanks 

We’re still in the process of assessing DocuSign using Demo Environment. After the update to version 4.0.3, even after Granting Consent through DocuSign Admin, we’re getting the error ClientSecretCredential authentication failed. What other configuration is required for this to be working again? 

1. Is it possible to request for an ID verification add-on to a Docusign Standard Plan? I would need to require my signers to upload and verify their ID upon signing the envelopes.2. If not possible, is there any workaround without upgrading to a higher plan?3. Does Docusign Standard Plan support any type of verification for the signers?

Why can't I change or how can I change the security questions that DocuSign has for me to verify? I have PTSD from a previous marriage and almost always when I get sent a DocuSign email notification from a company I’m forced to answer the tquestions that remind me of my traumatic experience in order for me to open the document for me to sign. I dread and si’m scared to open it. I shouldn't have to be subjected to trauma every time I need to sign a document from DocuSign. I have had a case open about it since 2022, my case number is 10093355 it has yet to be resolved. I have since remarried and clearly there's other things in my life that DocuSign can retrieve from Govt agencies or Lexus Nexus to verify my identity. There's no way to get in touch with anyone about this. DocuSign is not recipient customer friendly because in order to get some one to call or speak with a live agent via chat about this, you have to pay. Hello,I am attempting to sign a document and wanting to type in one text box only. When I type, the text automatically appears in another text box and does not let me delete it without also deleting in my desired text box. Is there a fix to this?

I recently upgraded from the standard paid version to the business pro version. However when trying to utilize some of the features like uploading a template, the feature is not available. Of course that led me to the admin page as I am the only user, and the one who started the account. Under my name nothing is listed under permission profile and there are no other users. When I click on that tab a warning pops up for about 1 second in an orange box that stated “warning add an administrator profile”. However when I try to edit my name it fails to load user information. Basically I am stuck in a loop of apparently not having an admin even though I am the only user and have the rest of the admin functionality. Needless to say it has been a very frustrating few days trying to get help on this, and it appears DocuSign themselves could care less as there is no way to contact them. I am taking over ownership of one of the two DocuSign accounts within our organization from one of the founders of the company. This founder will still need to sign documents within almost every envelope sent out.His DocuSign account has only one user, so I changed the name and email address from his credentials to mine. I am able to log into DocuSign and send/receive envelopes. Hello!I’m working on creating several templates that will include a pre-filled signature for one of our company representatives. I’d like the templates to have the individual’s signature pre-populated prior to the form being sent out for client signatures, as this form is sent out multiple times a day.Is this possible? I’ve been doing this work on Docusign’s site directly. The sender would not be the same individual who has the authority to sign. Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated!

Question 1:How can I filter specific documents from a list retrieved by folder path using Document IDs?I’ve successfully listed all documents by folder path (e.g., from SpringCM or a similar document management system). Hi, I am encountering a permission error when attempting to perform JIT provisioning with Entra. SSO is setup and works fine, but when trying to provision a user I get the following error even though I am using my admin credentials and they are tested when I configure the provisiong: Error codeDocuSignUserLacksPermissionsError messageMessage: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. Can files saved in Rooms in a DOCUSIGN Account that you no longer utilized be transferred or saved to Workspaces in a new DOCUSIGN account?

Hi, I’m testing sending envelopes from My Templates in the developer portal.Docusign reports that they are sent but the recipient doesn’t get them.They appear in the Sent folder under the Agreements tab and if I add my Docusign account email as a recipient, it appears in the Agreements Inbox.Is there an issue with Docusign sending emails from a developer account?Regards,David

Has anyone else experienced an unexpected renewal charge for their docusign accounts purchased through techsoup?We purchased an initial 5 perpetual licenses through techsoup and had no renewal charges over the past few years as expected. Recently we added 5 more perpetual licenses, also through techsoup following the same process we had in the past with no issue. At our renewal date only a couple months later, we were surprised to be charged full renewal rate $1500 for the 5 perpetual licenses we just added!We currently have a ticket open with docusign support but there has been no progress, aside from this being explained as a possible engineering issue(?).  Anyone else experiencing issues with their techsoup renewal?

Is it possible to use DocuSign CLM to implement the following workflow?Send an email with a questionnaire to the client. Then, receive the completed questionnaire back from the client.
