There has to be a law in Canada that you need to be able to contact billing for any company.  I have charges on my account that should not be there and cannot start a ticket or contact support. Definately putting in a complaint.  How can this actually be in this day and age? 

One of my colleague has wrongly used Specify recipient feature, where she initiated correction for her envelope and removed her name as Specify recipient and changed the specified recipient Name and Email Address manually, instead of clicking Manage and filling up the specified recipient name and email address. Doing so, the specified recipient has received multiple email notifications “Corrected : xxxxx envelope name, As a result, you no longer have access.”The recipient had been receiving the same emails every 30 minutes! How do i stop this notification emails sent out to them? How to reproduce :Create new envelope :1st Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 2nd Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 3rd Recipient - Specify Recipients (Role, Name, Email address filled in) - herself 4th Recipient - Specified Recipient (Role filled in)After the 1st and 2n

Going to tag a document for signature, docusign scans the document and finds fields and auto-tags them, there is a popup to to “undo” (see attached). We hit “undo” every time. How do we disable this feature all together, it is annoying?

Hi everyone,I’m suddenly unable to create new templates or open any of my existing ones in DocuSign. Every time I click Templates I either get a blank screen or an error message saying the feature isn’t available. This makes it impossible for me to keep using the platform, because I need to send contracts to a large group of people today.Has anyone run into the same issue?If you found a solution—or even a temporary workaround—I’d really appreciate your advice.Details that might help: Plan type: Free Trial Browser & version: Chrome Steps I’ve tried so far: clearing cache, logging out/in, switching browsers, and restarting my computer. Hello,I want to create a flow where envelope will be automatically created, with documents and recipients.I am stuck on how to add multiple tabs which are different type in the same step. Currently i managed to setup the flow to be working but i only manage to get 1 type of tab for all of defined ones in the envelope.Has anyone done something similar and can help me?Thank you :) 

I have used docusign for years with no issues. A few days ago I sent an envelope to two people and only one received it. I tried several times and it didn’t go through to the second party. I tried his secondary email address and it didn’t go through either. I have sent these 2 multiple envelopes in the past month and all worked properly. I ended up having to drive out of town for his signature. Approx 8 hours later they all went through in the early hours the next day. I tried to register a complaint with docusign but their support network is a joke. No phone number unless you want to subscribe which is convenient. I tried to go through customer support but it wouldn’t accept my login even though it’s the same as the regular one. This was a terrible experience and zero support. Get a phone number and start working for your customers!!!! 

Ciao Docusign Community, due to a legal dispute, I need to certify the content of an envelope I’ve received months ago whose link is expired and which has been sent to my previous work email (which I do not have access anymore): I only have the Docusign envelope ID. Can you share how to have this information?  Thanks. I received a DocuSign request on Friday, 7/11. I never signed it. On Saturday, 7/12, I got an email that the document had been completed (again: I never signed it). How can I contest this?

I tried to search and checked in documentation also. In the documentation Recipient type it says its drop down, but its just text field. if you see below picture (from docusign link), recipient type they say its drop down, but its not drop down. and whatever values i tried to give/enter like ‘Need to Sign’ or ‘Signer’, its giving error and i couldn't find what are valid values anywhere in document for this specific action. Hi all,We are actively using DocuSign and have an issue using Generate Agreement with Docusign action in flow. We need to generate a document using Gen Template, since we need to dynamically populate a table with the child object records information, and then send it using Envelope Template in the background when record status is changed. That's why we use flow and actions. The Send With DocuSign action on the other side is working fine and sends an envelope. What can be the reason for this issue? Maybe we missed some configuration on template or

In my Salesforce org, I’ve installed the eSignature app. I’ve successfully configured and activated the app user, and I’ve also created an envelope. Now, I want to send a PDF file as an attachment to the client using that envelope. This should be done automatically through Apex, triggered after a specific action. The email should include the DocuSign envelope and attach related documents from the record. What I need to know is: how can I use Apex to send an email to the customer, using the existing envelope and attaching the related existing documents?Note:Is this possible to implement? Can it be done using only Apex, or with Flow, or both?

Hi! I am submitting a signed document but the company will not accept the document because the top of the signature says “signed by” instead of “docusigned by”. Does anyone know how to display this? When I go to my profile to update my signature, this is not an option - it just has ‘signed by’.

A lot of users are reporting that they lost all the content in their accounts.  Anyone else having issues?

I am an Austrian living in France and have an Austrian passport in the new format issued in September 2024. My French mobile company is using IDNow to verify IDs, but when I try to use my passport it fails with the message that the passport is issued from a country that is not supported.An employee at the company showed me the expected format of the Austrian passport that would pass the automated test, but it is clearly in the old format which has been replaced in December 2023.Surely, by now IDNow would have updated their validation to include the new Austrian passport format? Is there any way to get it to pass the automated check?

Hi, if anyone could help with this, that would be awesome. I’m facing the following issue: I create an instance of the webform in the backend, then send the form URL and instance token to the frontend. If I clear the browser data and try to render the form using the form URL and instance token, it works. If I refresh the page without creating a new webform instance and try to re-render using the same URL and token, it also works. The problem starts when I create a new webform instance — for example, when the user changes some data — and then try to re-render it. In this case, the form tries to load, but it shows a “Something went wrong” message. When checking the network tab, the returned error is: “Session invalid.”it is only going to render again if i clear browser data. Has anyone faced this before?Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I could fix it?  

What’s the difference between embedded signing and embedded sending?

I can't create a Trail account or a new signup for hr account in Docusign. When I click get started, it does not move forward. May I know what the problem is?

issue:  Feedback:  the 'supplemental document' feature is not intuitive for the recipient as the DS app goes directly to the signature page / sig area.  is there a way to better flag the supplemental doc at the top of the agreement for the recipient to see, make it more obvious ?  for example, could there be a pop-up bubble by the signature area so the user knows there is a supplemental doc attached and they should read it ?  -- make it super obvious.  User Comments:  Thanks. It wasn’t intuitive. When I pressed start it went to the signature block. I see how its now embedded. Thanks

HiI'm using the PHP SDK for esigning, working all great, we have all kinda of different dynamic fields, checkboxes, radio fields, text fields, etc. working great, but now the client has asked us for the following:Whenever the client has signed the PDF and the signed the PDF is returned either by mail or the webhook, the PDF only contains the filled in values, so the checked checkboxes, selected radio boxes for example, leaving a white gap where the user made no choice. Is it possible to make DocuSign render all elements?How the signed pdf is now (user selected no):How we would like to have it:
