Bulk send error message - Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off of page 1.

Hi,

I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.

Morning Jenny,

I have attempted to attach the file although when I open it to check it,  there is an error. 

Screenshot below is the error message following a bulk send document

Screenshot below is of the CSV file attached (which will not open due to an error?). FYI, this CSV list has worked previously.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Hello ​@tysallh,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and the copy of the CSV file. I have removed the screenshot and CSV file from the post as they contain PII, but I have saved a copy of them. Upon testing, everything works well on my end without any errors.

Could you please provide us with a copy of the template you plan to use for the bulk send? How to download templates.
