When will DocuSign's max file upload size increase from 25MB?

We understand that the current 25MB file upload restriction has led you to utilize other platforms for electronic signatures when your documents exceed this limit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these limitations have caused you.

The  25-MB maximum file size limit refers to the maximum size of an individual file uploaded to an envelope. This means you can upload separate files to an envelope, each up to 25 MB. However, the recommended file size per upload is 5mb for best performance, and the maximum number of pages per document/upload is 2000.  File Size Limitations for an Envelope

Here are our recommendations to help manage larger documents:

• Flattening your document 👉 How to resolve a document upload error by printing the document to a new PDF
• Splitting the document and uploading it separately 👉 How do I send a Docusign document?
• If you have a Docusign enhanced plan, an Administrator can open a Support case to check if they can request to increase the file size limit 👉 Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
• Consider submitting this as a suggestion for consideration by our development team for potential implementation. You can share this on our Ideas board 👉 Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve DocuSign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members. There is an existing idea related to this functionality that you may wish to support with your vote. Add a comment with a description of how you expect this to work 👉 increase the size of the documents from 5 MB limit.
