We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title . TL DR: “  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this? 

We have a signer from China who needs to sign a document requiring identity verification with an official ID. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.Could you please advise on the available options in this case?

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

We are encountering DocuSign issues while retrieving the status of packages in the development and test environments. ( Note - This issue is NOT happing in production environment ) The core issue is a `com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.UnrecognizedPropertyException` within the `cwaDocusignApi.war` application. This exception arises when the application attempts to deserialize a JSON response from the DocuSign API, as the response contains a field named "isTicketRelatedEnvelope" that is not recognized by the application's `com.docusign.esign.model.Envelope` class. The root causes appear to be:1. **Outdated DocuSign SDK:** The `cwaDocusignApi` application uses an older version of the DocuSign eSignature SDK, which does not include the `isTicketRelatedEnvelope` property in its `Envelope` model.2. **API Changes:** DocuSign has updated its API to include this new field, and our application has not been updated to accommodate it. To isolate the i

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? Hello community, We have been recently facing an issue consisting of our envelopes being massively blocked in quarantine or spammed by our recipients. Have you faced this before? If yes, what was the explanation/resolution for it?  Can you suggest a workaround -besides the SMS feature- that could make our recipients receive the envelopes we’re sending? -unfortunately it’s not possible to ask each one to check their quarantine and free up the blocked envelopes-Thanks dear community for your help,

When i click on a link on our website to open a document, I am getting an error, “Something went wrong, try again later”. I just inherited admin of our Docusign account. Any ideas what this could be?

The docusign Review and Continue Page is populating my company name 2X  

No matter how many times I do those trainings such as clm administration, implementation consultant, build workflows etc. I still don't feel comfortable and confident with DocuSign workflows and design solution knowledge is not as good as other architects in my org. Tell me how can I get personalized attention and robust training model to make sure I know DocuSign thoroughly to be able to develop things. 

Hi! I’m feeling super frustrated and hope someone can help. We keep having incomplete documents signed by customers, which leaves us to either accept the docs as is without all the info, or go back to the customer and ask them to re-sign. My frustration stems from the following: 1) our sales people keep forgetting to add required fields to DocuSign docs before sending them for signature, 2) I can only see the fields assigned to me on the documents, so I can’t even double check to ensure all the required fields are included, 3) we can’t utilize templates in DocuSign for our orders, which are all custom, and 4) we have a standard subscription, so super basic capabilities. I’ve searched this community and online and can’t seem to find a solution for solving this in DocuSign. Has anyone else had the same issue and solved it?

Hello, I created a new Docusign envelope template in SalesForce and I have this error message “Source object is blank”.  I created this template using the “Clone” button from an existing template.  Also, I notice the “Main Data Source” column is blank for the cloned template, but not for others.  I think this clone feature is broken.  There is no screen I can find where I can make this selection.

Hi, I would like to set Email Default language to all recipient. I am aware of the option “Custom email and language for each recipient” on the settings, but that is not what I am looking for.I do not want to enable it because I need to dynamically set the Email subject and text with the Salesforce Apex Toolkit. If I enable this option, I cannot set the subject and text programmtically. I want to set the default language to German (Currently in English).  How do I achieve this?
