We would like to send invitations to more than 300 freemium accounts to join the organization account; however, we do not want to wait for users to accept the invitation. Is it possible for the accounts to be automatically accepted once the invitation is sent?

As part of the invitation process, Will the users Envelops in the Freemium Accounts gets transferred to Organization Account ?

Hello @parsmsandeep

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

Unfortunately, there is no option or setting for “auto-accept” invites. The user needs to accept the invite manually. Also, users’ freemium envelope history does not automatically transfer after they join the organization.

I've included these articles for you to look over.

Hi Cassandra ,

Thanks for your response. I’ve a few follow-up question.

What is the impact of enabling the signup setting “Automatically activate memberships and suppress activation emails”? at the Domain level.

I see the same option when using Add User. If we use Add User with Automatically activate membership checked instead of Invite Users for external domain accounts, will the user still need to accept an invitation?

We are in the process of implementing SSO. Is it better to invite users before or after SSO is implemented?

Hello @parsmsandeep
If you want to Auto-Activate Domain User Memberships, a new domain setting is now available, named "Auto-activate memberships and suppress activation emails when users in this domain are invited from eSignature Settings". Domain user memberships added and reactivated from eSignature Settings can now be configured to activate automatically. Memberships activated in this way will not receive an activation email.

Here’s the related article for your reference.
