Developer Portal blank page after login and clicking on My Apps & Keys

Hi everyone,

I would like to report the following issue encountered in developers.docusign.com.
 

Issue Description:

  1. Log in to DocuSign Demo

  2. Navigate to My Apps & Keys web page

  3. That page loads but remains completely blank (no content displayed).

 

After this occurs:

  1. Log out

  2. Click on login again.

  3. The login form does not appear, and the system automatically logs the user in without re-entering email address and password.


Could you please investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved?

    I have also run into this issue. One thing to note is that there is the following error appears in the console when on the page:

    we encountered two different cases when accessing the web page “My Apps & Keys” using our demo account on the Developer Portal – albeit at different times:

    Case 1: The browser simply displayed a blank window after the page was loaded.

    Case 2: At a later point, the browser reported that this web page was unavailable.

    We tested this behaviour using various browsers and also used private/incognito windows to rule out caching or session effects.

    Could this behaviour possibly be related to the migration to Azure? Or has anyone had similar experiences or can offer any insights?
