Hi All:

I just made a correction to an envelope’s subject line and I noticed that, once I was redirected back to the “In Progress” tab the subject line was still the old, incorrect, version. I had to refresh the page to see the correction.

Is there a way to automatically refresh the page in DocuSign? Or is this a browser issue?

thanks

mr1

Hello @mr1
I’m sorry to hear that you need to click the refresh button instead of it auto-refreshing. To fully investigate this matter. I highly recommend that you create a support ticket for further assistance.

Hello @mr1
Thank you for confirming. May I know what browser you’re using? I want to see if you've also tried clearing the cache in the browser you’re using, or if you've used a different browser.

Hello @mr1
When you clear all the cache in Google Chrome, not just the recent one, do you still experience the same thing?

@Ma.Cubio

I cleared the cache, but it didn’t help. Nothing seems to ‘auto refresh’ in DocuSign, I’ve gotten into the habit of clicking on the refresh button.\

thanks
