I can’t find any way to get in touch with support. I need to send a document for signature and reached my limit. The organisation i work for has a partnership with docusign and I’m supposed to be on paid plan but apparently im not.

Since you mentioned you should be on a paid plan but aren't, it’s possible you have multiple DocuSign accounts under the same email address. To check, try switching accounts to confirm you’re logged in to the correct one 👉 Switch Between DocuSign Accounts
If you don’t see the option, I recommend reaching out to DocuSign Support so they can investigate this further. You can start a live chat with a representative 👉 How do I contact Docusign Customer Support?
