@Manish.Sonkar There are a set of “Usage” type Reports. Access to Report information does depend on your Permission Profile in DocuSign.  If you are a DocuSign Admin for the Account you would be able to run any Report across any User on that Account. Reports can be scheduled as well for delivery to you and other Users. If you have general Sender access you would only have access to your envelopes.  If you have a more defined question please let me know and I would be happy to assist providing steps or information.
