Is there a way to make this wording go away?

@CCO Medical - You will need to create a custom brand for your account and update the DocuSign Signing Resource File Information. It is part of the PowerForm_ProvideSignerInformation. That is the Default value but it can be updated or removed. You can find more information here. DocuSign Signing Resource File Guide
