ID Evidence with Liveness - copies of ID stored

 We are currently testing ID Evidence in our DocuSign account. In order to allow this to be used across the organisation, our compliance team need a short summary around where the ID Evidence data is stored to ensure our privacy policy is up to date and to satisfy a few other requirements. From the documentation we can see that it says it is stored in 'the DocuSign service' and only the sender can access. However, I can't see anywhere that refers to what the 'DocuSign Service' store is other than (for us in Europe) it's a data centre in the EU. Can someone help me explain in layperson terms where the ID data is stored, in what format, and how security is guaranteed? I have raised a support call a few days ago but I’m just being directed to the support pages, which doesn’t give me what I need, and this is holding back my testing now.

My recipients do not show up so I can add the sign prompts.

I have created an envelope and I wanted to add the signature prompts for my recipients. However, will Ipull up the draft, recipients do now show up.

Viewing Document as a "receive a copy" recipient

When creating an envelope, is there a way to have all those that are labeled “receive a copy” to view the document before the signer? To clarify, I sent three envelopes that need to be viewed by everyone as well as the original signer. Please help. Thank you.

I can't sign after I send an envelope to someone else to sign as well

I used to be able to send documents and then log into Docusign and sign all of the documents I sent out. Now I am unable to sign anything through my profile and I have to go to each individual email I get to be able to sign every document.This is time consuming, and would like to be able to again log into Docusign profile and sign all documents that I sent out to others.

How to create a template

Is there a way to get a report for Recipients who have VIEWED the Documents?

I see that I can see this status under "Manage" and within the envelope but we are sending an envelope to 806 recipients today and we would need to see if the document was viewed.Thank you!

How to switch the account envelops are created under?

Hi,I have successfully setup our app integration in the demo environment using my developer account.I am using JWT Grant authentication with the app using my developer account for impersonation.After testing the app using my account (created envelops, got emails for sigs, etc.), I then created another developer account for our Compliance Manager as ultimately the app and all the created envelopes should be under her account.I successfully revoked my authorization grant of the app and use her account to re-grant authentication to it and also switched the impersonation user ID in the App from my ID to hers. It is her User ID that is now used to obtain the access token in the App. The app does show up under her developer account now.The app is successfully creating envelops and the emails correctly show her name as the sender.However, all the envelops that are been created by the App using her account for impersonation still show up under my account (under the Manage tab). I electronically routed a document for signatures. Half of the recipients signed the document electronically, and the other half put pen to paper. How do I complete the esignature and release a completed document.

Delete envelope without emailing client

Once my client has signed and I have downloaded the document is it possible to delete the envelope without emailing the client.  This only confuses my clients.

Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes: When selected, the 'Forward' option for completed envelopes is hidden in the sending experience.I've observed this configuration within the Admin Settings. Could someone please clarify where the forward option is getting hidden? It would be great if you could provide a screenshot for reference.

Get other users pending envelopes

Can I make a REST call to check the count of pending envelopes for any particular user?What I want to achieve: I have to get list of all pending envelopes for any user who is belongs to my organization or that user is a part of my account. Envelopes can be send by any senderActually, GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/ this call is returning me the folder id of my folder, but I want to check for other users folder.for example: I am the admin, and I have 5 users in the dousign, I have my account ID from which I can request folder ID by using (GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/) method. But if I want to know the folder id details of the remaining 5 users then how can I get that details as I won't be having their accountID's.If I know their account id shall I pass their account id in request ?I have tried to pass different user account Id in request but getting below error:{    "errorCode": "USER_DOES_NOT_BELON

Problem Report: Signed documents by sender not tracking, and not showing in Action Required section in Home

Up until recently: we used to be able to create an envelope, add the customer details, click send and then "sign" the sections required. The tracker for the document, in "Waiting for others", would show the first step completed: 1/X, indicating that the sender "signed" their partNow... we do this, however: The document is in fact not signed (when you check in pending from others, tracker still shows 0/X)The tracker still shows 0/XWe now must go to the DocuSign email, review the doc and sign.How do we correct this to streamline the process and reduce the number of steps required?

Powerform Sender Historical Data

I was hoping you can help me. I recently changed the owner of a powerform and when they tried to pull data data they only got it for the moment and time the owner was changed. If we need historical data with a different sender how can they go back and pull old data? Do I change the owner back to who was the owner with the historical data (2023).

Bulk send help

I recently confirmed that Bulk Send is included in our account.  I am the Administrator and am trying to figure out how to use. I watched a tutorial - but find that Bulk Send doesn’t show up when I’m in the Add Recipients step.  How do i get it to show up?   Thanks so much!

Document Retention

Message in Document Retention Policy section“You can enable a document retention policy to set the number of days that completed, declined, and voided documents are kept”.  The value goes up to up to 9,999 days.But in the help page it states “If you choose to set a retention period, any affected envelopes are placed in a purge queue for 14 days, after which the documents in the envelopes are deleted from the DocuSign system.“Question: If I enter “5” under “Keep for this many days” with the files be purged in 5 days or 14 days or 14+5 days (19)?  Please clarify.

How to configure the use of electronic signature in Docusign using Power Automate?

I am looking for ways to request signatures from several people automatically, I have verified that Docusign supports the use of electronic signature (through a card reader or USB port) but I cannot find the correct configuration to request it through the power automate platform In fact, I can't even find the option to request it through the docusig website. Does anyone know how to change this signature request?
