I only need one signature, but two others "receive copies only".  Why does status say "waiting for three to respond".  Not true.  Waiting for one to "respond" two of the three are not respondeing to anything, but will be provided with copies

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you have 3 recipients but only one of them is a Needs to Sign recipient, the other 2 are CC recipients, but the system is showing the 3 of them as waiting for action.

 

To better assist you, would it be possible for you to provide the Envelope ID?

 

There are several ways to locate a Docusign envelope ID. You can find it near the top of your document, in the Envelope History, by selecting the EnvelopeID link in the Manage tab, or the URL when viewing the document details. Additionally, you can add the Envelope ID as a column in the EnvelopeReport. If you are a recipient/signer, you can also find the Envelope ID. Locate a Docusign envelope ID

 

Also, have you tried the below troubleshooting:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
