Copies

Question

I only need one signature, but two others "receive copies only".  Why does status say "waiting for three to respond".  Not true.  Waiting for one to "respond" two of the three are not respondeing to anything, but will be provided with copies

You can find it near the top of your document, in the Envelope History, by selecting the EnvelopeID link in the Managetab,or the URL when viewing the document details. Additionally, you can add the Envelope ID as a column in the EnvelopeReport.
