Hi Team, I am trying to create a docusign contract for one of our customer. Their email address is ********* However, even if we use an alternative, we still get the same error message.  Error: Incorrect email address format. Verify the email address or contact your administrator for the correct format.

Can you update a document’s prefill tab after the envelope has been signed once?If not, must I create a new envelope each time I need to update the prefill tab?I want the ability to mark a user as “Rejected”, and I believe the only way is to add prefill tabs, but they get baked into the document after a user signs. 

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

ello DocuSign Developer Community,I am using a DocuSign **Sandbox account** for testing and trying to create envelopes via the eSignature API. However, I am receiving the following error when sending envelopes:Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  Message: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.The strange thing is that in my Sandbox Admin dashboard, the account shows **"Unlimited" envelopes** and only **51 envelopes used**. Environment details:  - Sandbox account email: ***email removed***- Account ID: **********- API SDK: PHP eSignature SDK (vendor/docusign/esign-client)  I would like to know:  1. Why is the API returning this error even though the dashboard shows unlimited envelopes?  2. How can I reset or fix the envelope quota for this Sandbox account?  3. Is this a known issue for Sandbox environments?Thank you in advance for your help.

How can the order of an attachment be manually set within a template? The default is that all attachments are appended at the end of the document.I am specifically using the Smartsheet-DocuSign integration so the option/solution would need to be available within that context.

I want to update hundred plus users as closed.I did an export of the users, updated the status, and tried to do the bulk update.I got the error that I need the APIusername, however, I cannot see where in the user download I can get this field. Can anyone help please?

I am the only person on a personal account that I used for business. I no longer have access to the email address and now can not complete the 2FA to access my account. I also can not access the account to place a support ticket! How do I access MY account without this. Hi community...as an admin, is there a super quick way to find details on an envelope ID without running a report...in other words, I have an envelope ID...can I enter that within the platform to find all associated details WITHOUT having to run an envelope report and look within that download? Hi everyone –I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction because I’m at a standstill. For the past couple of years I’ve subscribed to the $299.99 Standard Edition, paid annually through Apple. My most recent renewal was processed on August 14, 2025.Despite this, when I log into the DocuSign app on my phone or through the website on my computer, it only shows me as having a free account. I’m worried I may have accidentally created two accounts under the same email, but I have no way to confirm since Apple only provides an Order ID, while DocuSign only recognizes customers by Account ID.This mismatch between Apple and DocuSign means I can’t get direct support from either side: Apple tells me to contact DocuSign, and DocuSign won’t treat me as a paying customer because the subscription isn’t showing on their end. Meanwhile, I have contracts that need to go out today, and I’m stuck without access to the service I’ve already paid for.Has anyone

Is there a way to see the history on when reminders have been sent out  per envelope

We have recently got DocuSign for our company and integrated it with our OneDrive app. The sync between the two keeps slipping. We need signed documents to be saved to the original forlder. Can anyone advise on where this could be going wrong? It just saves to the primary folder in OneDrive. We had it setup initially but it keeps changing.

Hi DocuSign Community,I’ve searched the forum and FAQs but seems couldn’t find a clear answer.I plan to purchase an additional 100 envelopes halfway through my billing period (around 6 months left until renewal) and will be charged a prorated fee for this purchase.My question is: will the envelope quantity itself also be prorated, or will I still receive the full 100 envelopes for the remaining term?Thanks in advance! 

I’ve been task to troubleshoot why DocuSign emails are not being delivered properly or sometime not at all.  I’ve recognized some ‘sender’ using DocuSign are on a RBL and I can understand why my email security tool is blocking it.My recent issue is with a simple test.  I logged onto my limited DocuSign account to send an document (very simple document from MS Word).   Upon tracking it, it failed to be delivered.  When I look more into it, it stated the ‘FROM’ address and Remote Server name was 48ac67@prd-bd-p8tzly.emaillisttracking.com via my email security tool (Mimecast).Why is this occurring when I’ve send a document to be signed, directly from the DocuSign site itself?

I sent invitation e-mails with links for 2 new users to be added to my company's corporate account. The user clicked on accept in the invitation, but he isn’t connected to our account. It looks like he’s just on the 2 week trial. What is missing here?
