Docusign Workflow won't Publish due to generic error, no steps flagged as problematic

I’m creating a workflow for dynamic contract generation,and can’t publish the workflow.

I receive the following error message when i go through the Publish steps, with no steps in the workflow flagged as improper:

I’ve attached screenshots of my workflow, the number of steps isn’t really changeable due to the complexity of the paperwork involved in our industry.

 

 

If anybody has any insight that would be greatly appreciated, as we’re trying to roll this out to our team as soon as possible.

Hi again

I manged tog et the workflow published, it was an outstanding issue with our HubSpot integration that the tech support team is continuing to work on...i made a work around but now I’m running into a completely different issue with generating the envelope at the end.

I have multiple prepare document steps with branching logic to determine which documents get added...now the last step “Send Documents for Signature” can’t find any documents after the branching logic, only the primary...I can’t figure out where the misstep is, it’s the only thing holding us back from rolling this out

I appreciate your response, and I’m sorry that you are having an issue with the last steps of sending the documents for signature.

I checked with our internal team regarding the branching logic steps. They have provided a workaround for you to test: add Send Documents steps after each prepared documents step at each branch.

If the issue has not been resolved with the information provided, your best next step is to open a Support case so our tech team can take a closer look. 👉 Open a support case
