We are facing an issue with the SuccessFactors (SF) to DocuSign connector integration for offer letters.

Current Process:

  1. The recruiter sends the offer letter from SuccessFactors.
  2. The candidate successfully receives the offer letter from DocuSign.
  3. The candidate reviews, signs, and submits the offer letter.

Issue Observed:
After the candidate completes the signing process and submits the document, the candidate is expected to receive a copy of the fully executed/signed offer letter. However, the candidate is not receiving the signed offer letter copy via email.

Request:
Could you please investigate the integration/workflow and confirm why the completed signed document is not being delivered to the candidate after successful submission? Additionally, please advise if any DocuSign notification or distribution settings need to be configured or updated.

Note: Configuration was changed as per DocuSign docment

@Dillip Kumar

The most likely cause is a DocuSign completion email / envelope delivery configuration issue, or the candidate is signing through an embedded/captive signing flow where completion emails may be suppressed.  Are the even receiving the notification email?  Is this an embedded/captive signing flow?

Hi @Dillip Kumar

As John said, check your Envelope Delivery configuration.

Log on to Docusign and select Admin > Signing Settings > Check the Envelope Delivery section. Make sure that "Suppress emails to embedded signers" is deselected > Select "Send completion emails to embedded signers" > Save.

Best regards,
