Bug in Trial Period - Collaborative field not appearing

Hello, unfortunately the collaboration option does not appear when drafting a document. 

Information:

- Trial user (meant to have access to trial Business Pro features, including collaborate)

- Text field (in text field properties, no option for collaborate appears)

- I haven't tried other fields because I am only interested in a collaborative text field

- 5 recipients to sign, with a signing order applied

- doesn't appear on my mobile app or mobile webbrowser (in desktop view)

 

Please help asap.

I have a document due to be sent for signing and without all the features to trial, how do I know if I want to progress with the paid version.

Hope this update finds you well. I am Marwan part of the Developer Support team and I will be addressing your issue.

Our current free eSignature trial is based on the Business Pro plan, which includes advanced field options like collaborative fields. So in general, you should be able to test collaborative text fields during your trial. Hence, As per the attached screenshots I can see that the Collaborative field feature is not available which implies an issue.

Therefore, can you please communicate your API User ID or Integration Key through Salesforce cases so I can troubleshoot and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

- how do I find my API User ID or Integration Key?

- how do I contact Salesforce cases?
