The document I need to sign only took first name, and I can not get it to take a different signature.  They have resent document to me but still will not take new signature.  I need to get this document signed for important surgery.  I have looked at video no results, two of us are working on this but are not getting anywhere.Please need help putting in new signature on document.  Thank you so much!LadyR

Should DocuSign work on a Chromebook?  I can sign documents that are emailed to me, but I cannot log into my account.  It says an error has occurred, Make sure your connection is stable and try again.  My connection is definitely stable. 

Logged into my account after some weird emails and I see a completed Docusign in my account but I didn't sign anything. It's definitely scam but is there any need to be concerned about someone using my signature? 

Hello - we would like to send a template of several documents, one of which is the recipient’s banking information. Once the recipient completes the package, I receive an email from Docusign, as you know. What I’m concerned about is that if someone accesses my email fraudulently, they have access to that banking information.Is is possible to have an access code texted to my phone before I can open that link/attached PDF? I’ve seen something on here about having recipients get a text to access, but the forms are blank at that point; the problem is with the completed forms possibly being accessed by a fraudster.Any ideas?Thank you!

We are trying to use the “Request a signature using focused view” within our .Net Application (C#) and are having trouble using the Fixed Signature placement in the top right of the document. Note: The PDF’s we are having signed cannot be setup with the anchor because they will be invoices coming from multiple customers.  We have it working using the anchor but when we switch to the fixed XPosition and YPosition, the document gets submitted and we can display it but the signature is not placed on the document. Here is the SignHere tab (comment is the working anchor). I tried width and height to see if it happened to be hidden 1 x 1 pixel, but no luck.   Are we missing something in order to get the fixed signature placement on the document?

This order is still normal, but there is a requirement from my client, Terus, that I must use eSignature API for some of their automatic functions. I have never approached eSignature API before in a learning environment. I accidentally searched and saw that everyone shared about eSignature API on the forum, so I want to ask everyone where to start learning?I also talked to Terus and they accepted that I did not know how to use it and told me to learn and complete the related functions at the end. The client edits these merge fields before completing the document, and the values are then written back to Salesforce. In another process, I want to send this document to another recipient using the Apex Toolkit and a trigger, which works well.However, I need the previously used merge fields to be read-only in this new context. We will send the envelop to Factory, the receiver will input from the drop-down list.   Can system display the vendor name based on the factory name selected?If yes, how to maintain the list of factory and the relationship between the factory and vendor?

We have built an integration with DocuSign, which essentially shares the envelope with the signer via our (Zingly’s) application.This is good, because it keeps the engagement between sales and service reps and their customers in the workspace. Having said that, in addition to the signer (customer) being notified that they can review and complete signing via Zingly, we would like to ensure the signer continues to get their “An envelope has been shared with you to review and sign” email from DocuSign.HOWEVER -- it appears that with DocuSign integrations (such as embedded signing), the integrations SUPPRESS all but the “completed signing” emails. I need to send 100 docs in one envelope - is that possible?

When I am sent a document to e-sign, a signature from a previous document appears. I've gone into my account and I can not find this signature. I've created a new signature for my account, but it doesn't replace this previous signature that must be stored on my mobile device. How do I clear out the unwanted signature?

I have successfully established a template (Automatic template matching works too.) - I have added signature fields in the template. - The signature fields are on the last page of the document.The template has, say, 3 pages, so the signature fields are on page 3.The actual document to be signed might have 5 pages or 10 pages (different every time it needs to be signed). However, the signature fields are ALWAYS placed on page 3 since this is where the fields sit in the template. Signing on the last page seems like a pretty standard situation. - How can I ensure that the signature fields automatically get added to the last page (the actual signature is always in the same position on that last page). Thank youPascal    

I created a document and sent it to a client in China for e-signature. They are having trouble opening and accessing the documents for e-signature. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Hi All,In my document i have an anchor string “I:” in multiple places and the connector is adding at all places where it finds “I:”, but when I try to enter some values in those text boxes, same value is being taken automatically in every text boxes in the document. Sample ImageI entered - Test2 in the first text box and same value is being auto populated in other two text boxes as well. Can anyone help me on the same? RegardsSasikanth

Hello,Has anyone experienced an issue with envelopes not always sending a pdf version in the completion email once everyone has signed a document in DocuSign? We’ve gotten some feedback that some HR are not receiving the document enclosed in the completion email, only as a link to DocuSign. (Please note, sometimes the document is included as an attachement and sometimes it’s not - there doesn’t seem to be any difference in these scenarios.) Many thanks in advance! Kind Regards,Lauren

last year, I went through the Identification process where the signatory presented his passport to a DocuSign verification officer via webcam, and after having the officer confirm his identity, he obtained a security code for qualified electronic signatures via SMS and then executed a qualified electronic signature.I don’t remember what I should select to go through the same procedure as last time in the DocuSign’s platform, where the verification officer confirms the signatory’s identity via webcam. Is this identification procedure no longer available?On the other hand, when I used the “DocuSign ID Verification for EU Advanced with Liveness” method of Identity Verification this time, I was able to proceed to the electronic signature without speaking with the verification officer via webcam, simply by taking a picture of my passport and a video of my face. Does an electronic signature in this procedure count as a valid qualified electronic signature that complies

How do I find documents that others have sent me that I have signed?It seems like my email may be associated to multiple accounts. The account that I can log in to, 29922419, is NOT receiving documents that I signed related to that associated email address.How can I make sure that 3rd party docusign agreements sent to my email get associated to my active account? And can I archive other signed docs into that account if I have the security keys for them?I can reach \old documents from my email links but I would like them all collected in my account.

Hi!How can I revoke senders' permission to add standard fields to the document in an assigned template, but still give them permission to adjust the recipient list or to add contact details and fill in predefined fields in the document.With the settings “Template Usage Options” i am not able to do that.Is there another way?
