All of the Group members are not getting the Review Email
I have created a Group and added couple of uses to that group, and in my workflow I have added Send for Review Step and selected the group as assignee. Everytime when I trigger the workflow email is being sent to only one user instead of both, and it is working fine for Approval step but not for Send for Review. is there any limitation to that step?

That’s the expected behavior of CLM, there is one work around for this.
1. Create a “Email List” from contacts tab and have the same name of the “Task Group” 2. Then pass the name of the “Task Group” in one variable and then pass that variable in steps

I have followed the same steps that you mentioned, but only single user is able to receive the email, here are the steps that I performed
Created one mailing list and added couple of users.
Created one task group with the same name as mentioned in the mailing list.
In the workflow created one variable with Text datatype and updated the variable value with Task Group Name.
Used the same variable in the step “Send for External Review” as send to in the External Review request email section.
Please let me know is there anything that I am missing and need to be configured.

You mentioned send for review, so I thought that way. but if you are talking about “Send for External Review” so it about the outside user reviewing the document and it cannot be sent to multiple users, you mark them in cc. but the review should be sent to one person.

Sorry but there is no way to do so, As far as i know.
You can login or register as either a Docusign customer or developer. If you don’t already have a Docusign customer or developer account, you can create one for free when registering.
