SAP Ariba x DocuSign eSign Templates

I’m sorry to hear that your templates can not be used with SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, I understand you are looking for a way to use your documents with the integration.

Can you provide a screenshot or more information on your issue?

Regarding storing the envelopes in Ariba without actually sending from there, maybe our Docusign Connect feature can assist with that: Evaluating Docusign Connect

Dear Nathaly - I would like to tun back to this topic. I think this is a very important efficiency element what cannot be used - or is unclearly defined/highlighted in the documents/demos of Docusign.

Ones again teh use case:

The customer is using an SAP Ariba Contracts module, integrated with Docusign (eSignature functionality).

The signature preparation user (usually the Buyer) would like to use the template what he has built in Docusign (e.g. a countersignature in each of the page of the contract). The Docusign template can be easily used ones the Buyer starts the document load from Docusign. But this is not the case as of 99% of the cases, as the signature process actually starts from Ariba,   jumping directly to the signature setting page in Docusign. In this page there is no available functionality where I can set/select the template I have defined as Buyer.

Question: Is there a mode at all to use Docusign Templates when using an Ariba integrated signature scenario? If yes, shall be enabled some functionality on popping up the option to can select the templates?

Kindly advise if templates can be used how this  shall happen (what needs to be done) to can use the Docusing templates.

Unfortunately, we have no control over how Ariba's integration operates. We support the features, it's up to them to implement them into their integration and to train their users on how to use the UIs that they come up with. I would recommend you contact SAP Ariba directly.
