A solar company is trying to send an offer for my approval. They are being notified that I have reviewed the documents but I am not seeing anything. No email or pending documents in my account. They can’t seem to figure it out and have tried sending it to me on different emails and the same thing happens. Any suggestions for me?

Do you know if the sender has reviewed the Envelope History?

Has the sender confirmed the email address that was used?
