Incorrect envelope usage count being displayed

Question

Hello,I have a developer account, when i try to access the envelope usage details (via Admin → Plan and Billing → View Usage Details) it shown the envelope usage count as 0 which is incorrect.In the Reports section i can see the number of envelope correctly.  Have tried checking eith Rest API endpoint  (/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/billing_charges) and there also the usage is coming as 0. Thanks,Abu Bucker
