Hello,

I have a developer account, when i try to access the envelope usage details (via Admin → Plan and Billing → View Usage Details) it shown the envelope usage count as 0 which is incorrect.

In the Reports section i can see the number of envelope correctly.

 

 

Have tried checking eith Rest API endpoint  (/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/billing_charges) and there also the usage is coming as 0.

When was the last time that you sent an envelope with your Developer account?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
