Bulk Send CSV - Error "Name Required"

Hello! I uploaded a CSV template following Docusign’s v2 bulk import template to share a list of names, email addresses etc. I followed all instructions correctly, yet I keep getting an error on the Email column saying “name” is required (even though I did include Name). Any tips?!

Hi @Hengfeng Ge thanks for taking a look. Here is a screenshot of how my CSV file looks.

And here’s a screenshot of the error message.

I truly appreciate the help! Docusign support chat was unable to assist and troubleshoot.

every recipient with two default tabs Name and Email. then the tabs that you added.

Thanks @Hengfeng Ge - i only have one signer per document, though, so I am a little confused. Do I need to list in the excel:

signer 1 signer 2 signer 3 signer 4….. across instead of in rows, going down? Thanks
