We received an email from the above address and our inquiring if this is a legitimate email address, since it states that a grand jury subpoena has been requested.  Hoping you can determine if it’s a scam or if we will need to respond to the email.

Docusign uses “@net” for their email, so just based on that I’d say this is a scam. 

Is it an email or is it a notice from DocuSign that you have a document to sign? Can you see the message in your DocuSIgn account?

I don’t think DocuSign would be sending you a subpoena - while subpoenas can be emailed, I’d think they would come from a court.
