Currently, as you mentioned the closest option that we offer is Delegated Signing, however,  any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. The secretary could receive a copy of the envelope if the sender of the envelope sets the Principal secretary as a Carbon Copy recipient but they will not be able to take any action.
