Mass Update for USer How to reset / delete the Federated ID for Users after change of IdP?

Hi All, we migrated users to a new domain and also a new Identity provider (IdP). I can update the users email via mass update, how ever I wonder how I can delete the Entry in Security Sector for IdP and federated ID. Because if this still exists the user cannot login via SSO. Regs,Christo

Bundle.js Can I remove the listeners added into the bundle.js in the "on" method?

Hey there, currently I’m integrating the bundle.js to my application to sign an agreement. I’m using a dialog to present this document, this dialog can be closed or opened (everytime that I open this dialog I’m loading again the DocuSign client and requesting the document url to load the embed view),I was looking for a way to clean the event listeners of the signing but I can’t find any information about it. I’m using React, there’s any way to remove the listeners associated when unmount the docusign embed document?

Regex to prevent the use of newlines in a text field

I’m no regex expert but I’ve managed to fudge together what I thought would be a functional check for whether a form filler is trying to use new line characters in text fields. My regex is:(?<=[^\r\n])\R(?=[^\r\n])It looks like it should work: But when I implemented the regex in my web form entering anything in the field results in the input failing the validation check: What am I missing? Do web forms use new line characters as part of the field? Why would a single word with no spaces or anything match my pattern?

When I put in a recipient to receive a copy of a document between signers in our routing, is there a way for them to receive a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process?

For example, we currently have Signer A, then recipient who receives a copy, then Signer B. After Signer A signs the document, recipient who receives a copy will get an email notification that Signer A has signed along with a link to view the document in DocuSign, but will not receive a copy of the document as an attachment in that email notification. Recipient who receives a copy will only get a copy of the document as an attachment in an email notification after both Signer A and Signer B signs. We would like for recipient who receives a copy to get a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process and not just at the end after everyone has signed. Multiple Template without multiple signers

Hi all!I work for a company who issues out initial documentation to clients via paper and am attempting to bring it online. Each document needs to be personalised for each individual which prevents a stock standard template being utilised each time.The problem I am having is when I do a bulk send including 3 of the preprepared templates, it introduces 3 signatories instead of the 1. Does anyone have experience creating this style of bulk send individualised documents?

Focus View issue with Reloading iFrame

Hello,I am trying to implement the Focused view for embedded signing in my application. While I can complete the signing process in one shot, there are cases where I would like to reload the iFrame, i.e., call DocuSign.signing again with the same URL and resume my session as it was. Is this possible?Currently, when I try to reload the iFrame, I see a loading page and a document with the URL chrome-error://chromewebdata/ instead of https://demo.docusign.net/Signing/?insession=1&ti=<id>. DocuSign App Launcher - Shared Access

We have recently transitioned from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to DocuSign App Launcher. It has come to our attention that certain users who previously had the capability to log in as another user in Salesforce and send a DocuSign envelope on their behalf are now experiencing issues. When attempting this action, the page fails to load properly. This functionality is crucial to our process. We are investigating if there is a specific permission or setting that can be adjusted to restore this capability. Although these users have shared access through the DocuSign website and can send on behalf of others from there, we aim to integrate this feature within our Salesforce organization due to dependent processes. We are seeking a solution to ensure seamless operation and maintain our workflow efficiency.

Docusign Integration with Schwab Advisor Center

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Thank you in advance!

Help with bulk send

Hello,I am trying to work out how to send what is, to me, a complicated bulk send, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.I want to be able to send the same contract to multiple people. Each contract will require 4 separate signatures, 2 of which are from a recipient group. The signatures must be in order.To provide an example, a contract needs to be sent to people in the following strict order:Person 1, and then back to our organisation for approval (by one of 3 people - hence the recipient group). Person 2, and then back to our organisation for final approval (by one of 3 people again).To complicate further, I would like to do a bulk send, because we send around 20 contracts at the same time, but each one is a discrete contract that must only go to the relevant people.I have tested this internally, but it doesn’t seem to work consistently, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.Apologies if this is really rather simple, but I’m new to DocuSign, and can’t seem to find how to do

User account set up incorrectly as SSO

A new user account was setup recently with SSO. This was incorrect as it is a shared mailbox so we only have SSO for normal users.  How can I change this? Do I have to close the account and try to set up a new one or will the fact the email address already exists, even though it would then be on a closed account, prevent me from doing so?

DocuSign Apps Laucnher - DocuSign Records Migration

Hi, I migrated my DocuSign Records using the migration tool. However, it says it only migrates those that are Completed, Voided or Declined.  How do I get the ones that are in the Sent Status over to the new DocuSign Status object for Apps Launcher?

bundle.js returning iframes and sections with scrollbars for focused displayFormat

I’ve implemented an imbedded signature request integration using the javascript library https://js-d.docusign.com/bundle.js, submitting signingUrl with displayFormat as ‘focused’. It’s implementing an iframes response into the div signing-ceremony div. I don’t want frames or iframes. I don’t want a second scrollbar right inside the first. I want this in a div tag - no frames. It looks like the content inserted starts with an iframe with id - js-library-iframe. Inside that, there’s another html start, header, body - and another iframe - id ds-signing-document - which has yet another html start, header, body, and multiple sections - one with a scroll bar. The code coming in from the javascript seems excessively complicated when all I want is the document with the ability to sign. Is there any way I can avoid all the iframes and the section with the scroll bar? I’d like the div to just expand with the content so if a user needs to scroll, they can scroll with the browser scroll bar, and t

On first page where it is supposed to appear the uploading option to send a new Envelope, I just see a tree image instead of the option to browse and paste a document to be sent for signature.

Red Square issue

Hey all,I’ve tried searching similar threads to find the issue and cannot seem to find it.I sent a customer a docusign to fill out to start a service requiring a signature, title, and date. There is a small red square that appears that I did not add and will not check/fill no matter what my customer does. I have also tried resending the document after recompleting the fields and ran into the same issue. if someone has an answer to this problem it would be greatly appreciated as my client cannot send the completed docusign with the required fields I requested.The screenshot I am providing is from a mobile phone but the issue persists even on a computer.

I am new here today. If I want a document that has many different “blank spots” that need to be filled in each time I use the document is it possible to upload the document and create text boxes that are on the document ready to be filled in each time you want to use it? Thank you!

Mismatch Emails and Missing envelopes

I created two power forms that required me to sign the document last. The first power form (A) had the correct email address but the second power form (B) had my other work email. I received notifications about A but never B. When I opened my dashboard, I can’t find B. I thought maybe changing my login to my other work email would solve this issue, but it just seemed to make things more complicated. I finally got access to both power forms (A & B) and changed the email to the correct email address and then changed my login to match that email address. But now I am worried that I’ve lost some envelopes because of the switching and back and forth.Is there anything I can do to make sure? Can I check the status of this at all…
