- Specify how often recipients who must sign or view your documents must accept the ERSD. This setting applies only to those recipients who hold Docusignaccounts. Any recipients who are not account holders must accept the ERSD for every envelope they receive from your account, regardless of this frequency setting. Setting options:
- Once for this account. A recipient has to accept the disclosure only for the first envelope they sign from your account. Future envelopes sent by anyone on the account will not offer the disclosure. If a recipient does not have an active Docusignaccount, future envelopes will include a prompt to the recipient to accept the disclosure again.
- First time viewing each envelope sent from this account. A recipient has to accept the disclosure only the first time they open a specific envelope. They must accept the ERSD once for each envelope they receive from any sender on your account.
- First time viewing each time the recipient appears in the signing order. A recipient must accept the ERSD the first time viewing each envelope they receive from any sender on your account. If the recipient is listed multiple times in the routing order for an envelope, they must accept the ERSD again for each subsequent time they are required to act on the envelope.

@Wendi Barker
As I read this:
1: they agree once for all envelopes (now and future) sent from your company
2: They must agree once for every envelope - but only one time per envelope. If they receive three envelopes, they must agree three times
3: they must agree at least once per envelope - multiple times per envelope if they are required to sign multiple times (ie if you sent me the envelope for me to sign, then the routing took it to someone else before sending it back to me for a second signature - I would need to agree twice, once per signature).
Are you looking to have them agree every time they view the envelope? I do not see that in the options.
good luck mr1
@Hengfeng Ge I did reference the documentation you provided. However as I stated it is not clear to me if the 3rd option is what I am looking for by how it is worded.
@Wendi Barker as @mr1 explained, I think 2 is enough for your requirement.
