Hello—I created a template in DocuSign for one of our clients that they would like to use. Is there a way to directly share the template with them through DocuSign? When I try sharing through DocuSign, I can only share internally.
I tried downloading the template and emailing it to the client, but they do not have an enterprise account so they cannot upload .json files.

The template sharing feature will only work with users that are hosted in the same account where the templates are. An alternative to this option would be downloading and uploading the template into the target account, but this is only an option in paid Docusign plans.
