Configuring Signing Reasons

Is there a way to configure the system to have different signing reasons for internal and external users?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Even though there is not an option in place that would allow you to add your Signing Reason through conditional logic, you can update the wording used through the account’s Signing Brand, as explained below:

CFR Part 11: Can I remove the "Signing Reason" parameter from the Signature tab?

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan.
