If you apply the template to your document, as long as it doesn’t have less pages than the original, the signatures should be automatically created in the section of the document where you expect them to be. This applies to Template Matching as well, you can find more details on this topic, here:

An alternative to using templates would be the AutoPlace feature, that will allow you to automatically create a specific type of field next to each matching text string in your document. For more details on how to work with this feature, see:
