You could set the recruiter as a ‘signer’ - so that, if everything is fine, the recruiter signs/checks off a box/does something to move the process along and the document passes on to the candidate. If the recruiter requests edits they can contact you and have the envelope ‘corrected’ before they sign.
You’d need to set a signing order - making the Recruiter #1 in the order and the Candidate #2 (so that the candidate will not see the document before it is finalized).

Yes, I set this up, but the coordinators, who have the “sender” permission don’t see the “correct envelope” option. Neither do I and I have the admin. permission.
