Thanks for the reply. Can I have support email address to raise my concerns to them ? All I know is my IT director told me we have ability to integrate with Okta SSO now but I can’t see the ‘Identity providers’ settings within admin panel.
Regarding not being able to see the option for Identity Provider, can you confirm you are in the Admin portal for the organization rather than the conventional Admin portal? The section highlighted in yellow is where you can find the Admin Portal for your Organization, the pink highlighted section is the conventional Admin Portal and you will not see anything related to SSO in there.
If you do not have the yellow highlighted section, please contact the Organizational admin to have you added to the Organizational admins list: Add an Organization Administrator
