One of our customers is a Dept. Admin sends a document for many staff members to sign and wants all of them to reattach the document to return to Dept. Admin. She states her account won’t allow her to allow them to re-attached sign document. Thanks

Hi,  I’ve set up a template for our team to use, and have placed restrictions on the pre-fill fields so that they can;’t be modified by the team members. What we need to do is stop them for being able to add new fields to the template document. Is there a setting that can take this option away for them?Thanks

Hi,i just bought Bussines Pro plan of Docusign and I have kind of simply problem. I can’t pick “sign with witness” option in proper place. I have only 4 standard options: Need to sign, in person signer, receives a copy, needs to view.tbh I choose that plan only for that, and case is pretty urgent.  

Hello.  I am also having a problem with dates from Excel to DocuSign, the European date format day day / month month / year automatically changes to the American month month / day day / year.  I have tried changing the settings and I have also tried the suggested work around by changing the format from date to text but then I just end up with a row of meaningless numbers.  Can someone please help. Thank you

I am trying to search for envelopes more than 6 months old. The date filter drop down box does not show the Apply button as the other filters offer. I am unable to utilize the 12 month option.Sometimes the Search does not work for the name requested even at 6 months.

Hi, I am trying to log in. When I try and log in, it auto fills my name. The problem is, the name it put in is NOT my name. It is my wifes name. She has never used docusign. When I enter my email and log in, its my wifes name that comes up. How do I change that. I have no idea whats going on with this and why it comes up with my wifes name. She has a separate email to me.

I received 2 separate Emails via Docusign from my former old financial management company, I moved my portfolio to a different company. I don’t know if these emails are phony because in each email, there’s 2 options to retrieve the documents and both fail. The first method is to click on a green box that says ‘Retrieve Document’ and when I click on that link, I go to a webpage with the message ‘You entered the wrong access code so you cannot access these documents.’The second method to retrieve the documents is in the email, under the small title ‘Alternate Signing Method’ it says Visit Docusign.com, click 'Access Documents', and enter the security code (and it gives a very long string of an alphanumeric code). So I go to Docusign.com, click to ‘Switch to Canada’, click on 'Access Documents' then copy and paste the long string security code and press on ‘GO’. Then I get the following message: ‘You entered the wrong access code so you cannot access these documents.’So p

Just wondering if there is a way to add a default name and address to all documents that are sent out.So when sending the document for signing I would like the name and address of the company to appear at the bottom of the email if possible

HR currently holds our account for out company but our Marketing team would like to use the docusign account as well. How do I make myself an administrator so I can update recipient privileges 

My employee opened two users (one paid and one free) on the same email (haykio@wix.com).Her free account has all the signatures she needs, and her paid user has no signatures.I would appreciate your help in deleting the free user and transferring all the signatures to the paid user. Thanks

I sent out 18 emails today, typed in individually. DocuSign made me choose which fields each person needed to fill out by their name. And then sent all the emails.But now the form is filled out with everyone’s response, and not just for each individual.HELP!Shelly

Hello! On August 8 (less than a month ago) I created around 12 envelopes and scheduled them for September 4. Today I logged into my account and the scheduled envelopes are nowhere to be found. First I checked the Drafts folder, which is where scheduled items remain until sent. I’ve tried all the folders and all the filters, I’ve tried specific words that should show me the documents, and I have nothing. I also tried different browsers, incognito mode, mobile without WiFi. Nothing.I’m at a loss… I need those envelopes to be sent on Sept 4, but I don’t know if they are “somewhere” in my account or if I need to do all the work again *sigh… Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have had 2 clients in the past week inform me that the DocuSign email they received is coming thru as jibberish. Completely unreadable and the document is also not attached for review/signature. Is this a known issue?

Our organization just released updated envelopes for intakes.  We’re receiving calls from clients stating that they’ll reach the questionnaire page with radio boxes being used in a “on the scale of 1-5” manner, and not being able to complete the whole document without Docusign returning them back to this questionnaire page.  Each question has their own group of 5 radio boxes.  When they reach the end and attempt to submit, it brings them back to this particular questionnaire page where the very first question (line 1) will have all the radio boxes lined with a jagged red outline. So far, we’ve gotten 4 different clients who have reported the same exact issue.  The work-around I managed to find was instructing them to make another choice in that group of radio boxes, and then changing back to their original number choice.  So far, that’s been successful in bypassing that nuisance, but I wanted to know if there’s another way at troubleshooting this.  All I’ve done thus f
